Afternoon lads, seen thru various articles that say that celtic are looking for stewards for tomorrow 3pm? . now if true its got to be paddy coming back, but would they give him the same platform when rodgers signed if it was only a loan?, i take these with a pinch of salt but this is one i would love to be true, paddy on a 3 yr deal? You heard anything about celtic looking for people Ed?

Sorry Ed i should rephrase that post, someone emailed celtic asking if they needed stewarts for friday, celtic replied back with lips zipped emojis, but i've seen the post on several sites and a good few celtic ones, was hoping you knew something, i feel like ma bird left me months ago but she might be coming back lol, im 44 btw.

It's not paddy roberts its for extra security, Ipox is the same! Most clubs have been told to be on high on security over the weekend games.

There is a tweet from BBC reporter who asked PL if there was any news on PR coming in PL said it progressing and that the deal for Cortez was done so morra for PR is a no chance.

guys it's hard to say what's happening with Paddy I've been told for a while now it's a permenant deal for 8 million, let's see what happens. A loan deal would be ok but not what the majority of Celtic fans would want.

Massive let down for me lads if I'm being honest! Will be great if we get paddy back but that's a big IF! Last week we're all hearing it's a done deal now it's not certain says lawell! But to not bring in an experienced centre back and cover for up front is staggering! Really thought with qualifying again for the CL and the money we'll bring in we would have added some real quality to give us half a chance in the groups. should have known better really! If u actually look at our transfer window, ntcham is the only real bit of quality we've bought! Benyu and coatzee are to young guys and Hayes has looked well out his depth! When the window shuts next week and we look at what we've spent it will be very little yet again! Pisses me off! Sorry for the moan lads but it's the same old story!

Don't think there are many who will disagree mate. I'm all for finding a gem like Dembele and Ntcham but there are times when we just need to spend and get a finished product. Our defence including Gordon is poor overall with KT the exception. 3rd place is doable in this group but only if there is a vast improvement in defence. That 20min period the other night was a big wake up call imo.
