Morning boys and girls. I am a Man Utd fan passing through with some information you may find interesting.

First off I don't know if this is new news or not but young Patrick Roberts has been in Southampton this week. Whether that means anything or he was just visiting the southern coast who knows.

More interestingly however. I am very good friends with a former Norwich and Hull player who would 'jump' at the chance to join Celtic should his club decide to ship him out on loan after he has had discussions with his management team. This is if Celtic would even be interested of course.

Ciao lads. Take it easy.

Don't think Roberts been down in Southampton this week unless was yesterday as been in Spain with city, so highly unlikely, as for ex Norwich and Hull player maybe a few seasons ago would get a game but wouldn't get a sniff in the first team now.

Howie77 this was Monday that Roberts was apparently in Southampton. It was from someone I know well and have no reason to disbelieve her. Like I said it might mean zilch but I am sure it will be of interest to someone on this page.

As for the latter I do not watch Scottish football enough to know if he would get a game or if he would even be wanted but if the club came calling he would be more than interested. His club have asked his advisors to hawk him around to engage the market but he would prefer a loan at this stage for several factors. Again it is genuine information - it may come to nothing - but I thought I would share it with you guys.

Norwich and Hull? Snodgrass I assume? At 29 I would be surprised if we considered him. Good player but should have joined us a few years back.

Could be something in Snodgrass returning. I know his cousin who told me last season that Snodgrass has always wanted to play for Celtic as he is a lifelong fan so if that's the case then maybe wages don't matter as he will have made a good amount.

As a Celtic fan, if there was ever a time to move to your boyhood club then it's now, champions league football and a possibility to be part of 10 in a row.

Thirdly, I've heard that him and Graeme Dorra s are best mates and he's up here now as well so might be a reason to play against him in an old firm?

I think he would be a great addition to our squad as he can play in numerous positions.

Can snodgrass fill in as striker if needed. If he can then surely it's a no brainer.
