FIFA to sanction countries for fans behaviour, UEFA and local associations the same.
Anyone who decides to wear colours of a team is basically regarded as a supporter of said team.

Am I the only one who sees hooliganism, racism etc at a football ground as a social/ criminal issue and not a football issue? Racism inside a supermarket does not mean the shop concerned is fined or punished, the individual is.

We pay enough for policing inside football grounds and they are the only ones with power of arrest so individuals identified should be dealt with by them. Criminals get phones and drugs into prisons, dangerous goods get onto transport.

Main point of this rant is that blaming the club is an easy get-out by the authorities on what is a social problem.

Perhaps Football fans should have the power to arrest other fans and just let everyone sit watching the game under fans arrest after a riot of arresting each other or the normal fans can lock up the idiots (including police, refs and dodgy linesman) then Fifa will have nothing to complain about😝.

In honesty i think we realise there's no chance ever of epl membership but i'm sure I've read on here about how celtic could become a big epl club if they got in which in truth rangers and celtic would because of the fanbase
