Ed the two players I've heard being mentioned regarding marquee singning is between gerard and yaya toure I think out of the two more likely gerard can you shed any light thanks mate.

IMO yaya toure looks more realistic. Guardiola will probably not play him much, he can play with his brother again, he can win some titles and play in the champions league. The only question is if he would accept the wage cut like his brother.

Might send him up and pay his wage. As they will be paying it to have him there sulking causing bother might be best to have him away playing. Pep ain't a fan was one of 1st away at Barcelona with Ronaldinho and replaced with sergio busqutes.
