I always think that the management team should take joint responsibility for adjudged failure or lack of progress and leave en masses if this proves to be the case?
As far as I can see they are all part of the problem and neither Collins or Kennedy are qualified/able to do better.
It's better all round with a clean break and a new broom etc etc and the assistants should do the decent thing and accept they were part of an unsatisfactory 'assembly'.

I have heard rumours of Collins not been suitable to act as number 2 .
Apart from rumour of Collins away back in his Hibs days ( 8 + yrs ago) have you any real knowledge that Collins& Kennedy are not qualified/able to assist a manager .

Do you understand the up-heaven involved having a clear- out of manager and his two assistants . No doubt the Norwegians Deila has brought in will also walk.
