Am the same this lad is a cracking player and what we need up front so pay the money and don't take the mic out of the selling team because if it is true we bid 2.5mil that's a joke we have the money to burn and I know for 100% get this lad in before the next champions league qualifyer and we will go through and there is your money back right away.

Celtic have started the bidding at 2.5 million. Why would we go in with our biggest offer straight away heerenveen need cash so they could accept a lot less than what's being quoted. If we can get this deal done along with a decent CB then we have a great chance of CL football again this year.

Spot on al geri about russell, that's a boy I would have gambled on. For what he went for, that's pistol petes loose change in his back pocket. We will end up missin out on alfred because of pete and his unwillingness to part with good money for a quality player.
