Every Celtic fan should be e mailing UEFA to make them aware of everything Rangers have been up too it's unacceptable that the SFA are to frightened to take action and took the easy option by postponing the case against rangers and white until april 20th when BTC will have been announced and have finished Rangers. The bill Ng guy and the Americans should mibi be updated on the history of Rangers and there fantastic fans!! I'm an Airdrie fan but won't forgive Rangers for the way they treated us.

Believable20 Unbelievable7

30000 to shut down airdrie. I still havent forgiven airdrie for taking over clydebank and shutting them down {Ed007's Note - That just proves the domino effect of Rangers misgivings. To be responsible for two clubs vanishing is disgusting.}

Agree0 Disagree0

But on the plus side,Clydebank Juniors are winning more games than the old team ever did.

Jungle Bhoy.

Agree0 Disagree0

Y just every Celtic fan that would just make Celtic fans look bitter n wat exactly do you want uefa to do against rangers and for what reason

Agree0 Disagree0

Why are some of my fellow Celtic fans still going on about whats happening with Rangers. We have just won the title!

Agree0 Disagree0

Mibi? Sort yourself out!

Agree0 Disagree0

Aye right you sound like an Airdrie fan... NOT!!!!!!!

Agree0 Disagree0

Make no mistake, Uefa are watching this very closely. Mr Lawell is the man that Celtic needed years ago to deal with the corruption and collusion within the SFA and now we have him.
If you believe that this will go away for Rangers and the SFA then think again as this will bring the SFA to its knees.

Bide your time and enjoy the ride as this all unfolds.

Agree0 Disagree0

Do you really think that EUFA won't know what's been happening.

Your thread's full of stupidity, read it back to yourself and it should maybe sink in why it's rubbish.

I'm glad this thread isn't from a Celtic fan.

Agree0 Disagree0

I'm sure in the age of digital communications that UEFA are quiet aware of the situation at Greyskull. Leave them to implode on their own

Agree0 Disagree0

Thank god we have peter lawell very clever man.

Agree0 Disagree0

Rangers are so bad to clubs financially we take the most away support to every ground in scotland so i would say we have been keeping alot of clubs afloat,ed i know you wont post this get a grip and dont band a team disgusting before looking into the facts weve invested millions in scottish football {Ed007's Note - What Rangers done to Airdrie was disgusting, it is even more heinous when you see the mess Rangers find themselves in, some people call it karma.}

Agree0 Disagree0

L've missed this Ed......What did Rangers do to Airdrie? {Ed007's Note - Rangers were owed 30k (30,000) from Airdrie. David Murray had Airdrie's gate receipt money from a cup-tie against Dundee Utd arrested. This forced the club into liquidation and David Murray said: "I feel very sorry for Airdrie and their supporters but we're running a business. We have given them repeated warnings and felt they were playing on our good nature."

Agree0 Disagree0

I think every Rangers fan should as well.
Do you honestly think RFC's fans are happy with what SDM and CW did?
Get real man.These two (and others) deserve to be investigted on a personal and individual level. Unfortunately they managed to do what the did in the name of a "Great" football club. Please try to grasp my meaning as far as the club is concerned.by looking at the original charter of the club's founder's, and the way the club was run by subsequent managers,and directors prior to SDM and CW.
Stevie-A-Bear

Agree0 Disagree0

Ed- Karma would be relative if it applied to SDM and CW,as individuals, not the Rangers fans. {Ed007's Note - In 2002 Hugh Adam told everyone what was going on behind the scenes. Rangers fans dismissed him and his words, that is 10 years since he spoke out, this 'it was all DM and CW's fault' maybe true but you have known for 10 years what was going on and went along for the ride.}

Agree0 Disagree0

The money was not owed to rangers it was owed to carnegie group and rangers did not put airdrie into liquadation airdrie owed 750000,30000 of which was owed to carnegie group david murray was trying to protect his money,they liquadated for the 750000 not 30 grand fact ed {Ed007's Note - It was the 30k of arrested funds that put Airdrie into liquidation. Fact. Airdrie needed that money to continue. Fact. A friend of mine was playing for Airdrie at the time.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Ed- I understand the context of what you're getting at.
But... It's a bit harsh to say the Rangers fans knew about this 10 years ago.
Hugh Adam may well have said it. It was dismissed at the time as hearsay and sour grapes, because Mr Adam fell out with "Murray"
We don't even know the extent (as yet) of actual events,or truth/fiction 10 years on.
Stevi-A-Bear {Ed007's Note - Do you mean it was wrongly dismissed? It was over the way the club was being ran at the time that David Murray and Adam fell out. In hindsight surely Rangers fans wished they had listened to him back then?}

Agree0 Disagree0

Ed- yeah okay it was "wrongly" dismissed at the time.
All i'm saying is it's a bit unfair to say that RFC fans dismissed it ten years ago, because we still don't know the exact details even now.
Hindsight is a wonderful attribute to have. {Ed007's Note - Why it is it unfair? Rangers fans dismissed and ignored what Hugh Adam said at the time. It is not an accusation, it is fact.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Okay final plea Ed..lol
I'm still not so sure we "Ignored" it Ed.
Dismissed..yes. As an ex-employee or director with a gripe for being fired.
We didn't "knowingly" ignore it as factual.
Stevie-A-Bear {Ed007's Note - Nope!! I'm not buying that :-)

Agree0 Disagree0

Rangers are disgusting for getting money that's owed to them get a grip of yourself ed if that's what has to happen to rangers for all creditors to get there money back then that's the way it is but are you guna brand all they creditors disgusting for forceing rangers to the wall oh a bet you won't bit of double standards but then wat do you expect from a Celtic fan {Ed007's Note - Rangers did not need to liquidate another football team for 30k at that time, if they did then Murray was in a worse financial mess then than everyone thought. Rangers have not even paid for emergency services at Ibrox, that disgusts me. Rangers will get the correct punishment regardless of my feelings. I am quite entitled to be disgusted with what Rangers have done, keeping money from small businesses with no intention of paying them is disgusting, a lot more jobs have been put at risk inside and outside of Ibrox because of Rangers poor financial management and disregard for the rules that ALL clubs have to follow, that is also disgusting to me. Rangers have behaved in an atrocious manner in the last few years and the more that is becoming public then the more I am disgusted with the whole sorry situation. Anyone who thinks it is fine is seriously deluded. Look at the public outcry with FAREPAK and the way the normal man and woman in the street were treated by them, the only difference here is that Rangers fans blindly think their club is a necessity in our society, the majority of society out with Rangers and their supporters seem to think differently.}

Agree0 Disagree0

You really enjoy the word disgusting it should never be used in the same breath as glasgow rangers we will pay our dues to the emergency services that i have no doubt,look into the history of celtic and there is a few historic moments that are disgusting,i know you wont post this because the truth is out on celtics sordid past

Agree0 Disagree0

Ed i dont think you understand the money was not owed to rangers,rangers and airdrie have got a good relationship look into this before you start saying what a friend told you,look for the facts {Ed007's Note - I suggest you look into the facts surrounding Airdrie's liquidation. No matter how you want to dress it up, the arrested cup money forced liquidation. I will take the word of an ex-employee rather than the ranting of some anonymous keyboard-warrior who struggles to accept the truth.}

Why do major business still
sponser the RFC when they dont
pay their Tax/PAYE

There should be a law so that in the
future clubs hat don't pay their TAX
dont get sponsers.

RFC Sponsers should hang their
head low in shame.

Average age only 23!
we will need european experience in
te team this year....
Happy Easter Champs ...

Believable15 Unbelievable3

Im sure NEIL and co will be working behind the scene to get the experience we need for Europe. CM

Agree0 Disagree0

If you feel the sponsors should hang their head in shame why dont you demand your club refuse to work with these spinsors eg tennants?

Believable8 Unbelievable3

Good question mate. think the lead in 2008 was something like 7-9 pts. They get off calling us bottle merchants, they blew 15 pts haha

Agree0 Disagree0

Mr Lawwell has been a fantastic ambassador of our club.He has managed the finances superbly and has made us the proudest fans in the UK, but he has 1 very important piece of business to sort out ASAP. He must get Neil and his staff on permanent contracts so that they can go from strength to strenght. CM

Believable16 Unbelievable7

Question Bhoys? Am i correct in thinking this has been the youngest ever squad/team to have lifted the title, in the history of the Scottish game? Must be.....anyone know for sure? Average age 23!

Agree0 Disagree0

I agree. Mr Lawwell has been brilliant for us for some years now. I'd love it if the the celtic fans sang his name at Parkhead!

Agree0 Disagree0

One Peter Lawwell, theres only one Peter
Lawwell. HAIL HAIL

Agree0 Disagree0

Laweel deserves credit. He's managed our best interest off the field and to give Lenny the job when he was so inexperienced.

A strong club off field enables a strong side on it.

Richybhoy

Agree0 Disagree0

Spread the word to all celtic fans going to the games to get them singing a song on Peter Lawwell!!!!!!!!

Agree0 Disagree0

I guarantee we will not make the group stages of CL , hope I'm wrong but we were really the best of a very bad bunch. {Ed007's Note - ??}

Agree0 Disagree0

What a shower of hypocrites, lawells penny pinching has cost us celebrating 5 in a row what a shower of tossers we are here is the reality loovens, odea, rassmussen, murphy,cha ,desperate dan,murphy,mcginn,mccourt,juarez,and as a 50 year auld hooper ,stokes, sammi couldnt lace the boots of wallace, mcbride, dalgleish, nicholas, mcclair, mcavennie, mgarvey, mccluskey, pierre v, cadette hartsn sutton henrik ffs lets get a grip hh if we are clever enough we can go a long way but if we make the same mistakes we have done in thelast 25 years it will be the same old.

Agree0 Disagree0

Woodna say his penny pinching cost you anything more like a bad performance on the day by your team it can take one game to lose a league take last season for example one bad game against inverness aloud rangers to take the title

Agree0 Disagree0

Lawell has done us ok do you want to be like the dark side? no.

Agree0 Disagree0

Got us nearly 10 million for mcgeady when he is a 5 million player at best

Agree0 Disagree0

08 Apr 2012 14:57:50
Not once have I thought the the winning the title was going to be so called tainted. We won the league for hard work and winning games. At the end of the day you can only play and beat what is in front of you, and we done that very well and thats why we are champions!!! Also, its not our problem that Rangers can't run a football club. And as far as Charlie NicholasA and Craig Burley.......... they can feck ryt off all i've heard them do all season is slag celtic summet rotten.

So now that we are headed to the champions league , what pitfalls are we heading into into??
Papers today say platini wants to up the number of teams competing(two for scotland , 6 from england/spain/germany/etc with the top 4 in each going straight into group stages)
Does this mean more quailifying rounds against teams that finish 6th in the premiership?
Its not really the champions league if finishing 6th in any league can get you to the group stage
Oh and looks like he wants to dump the europa league too

we have got makings of a good team,for the next level WE have to sign a quality target man ,one that scores headers where we get him from i have no idea but im not a scout after all.a quality centre half also required unless the polish signing is the real deal.does amy one agree

What a result, performance and atmosphere today, hope all of the celtic family enjoyed themselves as much as my brothers and I did! Also to the 2 unnamed posters who slagged me a couple days ago because 'regular fans want tickets for these types of games' or 'always come out the woodwork for big games but dont go to aways etc' shut the duck up! Some people cant afford to go to aways or homes for that matter (i can hardly afford my season ticket) am I not a regular fan? When i went to my first away game we lost 2-1 to motherwell and I didnt want to post that At the time in case it was a jinx! Anyway back to happy times GLASGOW CELTIC CHAMPIONS?
