Did anybody realise that rankers ,in their history,have never lost four games in a row at home? Ally must be shi**ing himself! Your going down in history ally.............green jhedi {Ed007's Note - I read that somewhere yesterday or today Jhedi, that has got to hurt if we beat them :-)

Believable8 Unbelievable6

Lets be honest here sally mccoist is a shockin manager his signings have been a joke his team selections have been a joke why do rankers fans rate him n feel sorry 4 him

Agree0 Disagree0

What do you mean if we beat them lol,i think it could be a record score myself. {Ed007's Note - Don't tempt fate. I have been bitten far too many times over the years to assume anything.}

Agree0 Disagree0

No money left in the pot for the match day officials or the Refs are scared that they are going to be investigated as well hence an outbreak of fairness for opposing teams playing at Ibrox ie the Hearts penalty award on Saturday and the Rangers non penalty award

just seen the new dame ndoye you tube vid , have been watching him for a while now and think this is the powerful physical target man we need he is quick, two footed scores with his head and puts himself about would cost a few million but if ff is signed before the start of next season this is the only type of player we need to spend money on

Believable6 Unbelievable0

Can't see us strengthening mate, the board will probably think we have more than enough to easily win continue our success so will look into reducing the debt we have.

Just imo

Just want to say that Rangers don't owe poppy scotland anything. Some daft rumours being posted. Non of us know what's happening across the city so let's just get behind our own team in persuit of a historic treble.

Believable10 Unbelievable7

Well said, lets not lower ourselves to those standards.

sydney celt

Agree0 Disagree0

Totally agree. Love what happenin to the shame but sick of reading complete rubbish made up by some Ned Celtic fan. Let's get behind Celtic and start thinking about possible champions league. Jelly and ice cream ?

If the investigation proves true than the govan dodgers paid player outwith contract details, then the SPL if they are to be taken serious by uefa, the punishment must fit the crime, if Juventus can be relegated and AC Milan deducted 30 points by the Italian FA then there's the yardstick for serious breaches of league rules.

Having just watched Dundee take apart inverness just wanted to say they looked really impressive and I really hope that Celtic sign johnny Russell, the boy looks sheer class and would fit in with the clubs transfer policy

hi there ed sorry again about the rant last night.but could you help me out just abit confused if rankers have a 10m blackhole,would they not have to sell most of that team and then play their youth(who aren`t that good)or is there more avenues they could go down to reduce the deficit,sorry no having a dig a dig at their youth was one of their own that said that to me,just talking about it today with one of them and he seems to think gate money and merchandise would cover any blackhole,kb-bhoy {Ed007's Note - There is no gate money and the JJB deal means they don't get much from merchandise either.}

Believable1 Unbelievable3

Thanks ed any idea how they can fill it as i don`t think they will have the billionaires they think they have knocking on the doors to invest atleast not for a long time if all these cases go against them?,kb-bhoy {Ed007's Note - I have no idea mate, even Craig Whyte spoke about the 10 million black hole and admitted it was a problem.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Thanks ed i will get good bit of banter in work 2morro,kb-bhoy {Ed007's Note - No worries buddy.}

poppy story hits papers tomorrow ! no end to their shame

Believable10 Unbelievable9

How do you know this. It can not be true, can it? {Ed007's Note - It has been hinted at for a while, it MIGHT have some truth in it.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Poppygate will run tomorrow in the D R
is the rumour hint hint ;)

Lubo25

Agree0 Disagree0

Even if it is true you cant blame rangers i dont think rangers would do it it was craig whyte tht did it

Agree0 Disagree0

Not on the DR site. If it was true, sure the papers would have printed before now

Agree0 Disagree0

Craig whyte is the owner of rangers and so represents rangers, if its his fault its rangers fault

Agree0 Disagree0

As much i would love to see this happen read this..........
just seen this twitter
@poppyscotland yes, happy to confirm in addition to match collection, which PS coordinated, all proceeds from shirt sales were received. these are nothing more than rumours !

Agree0 Disagree0

As much as it would be the final straw for Rangers if this is true as they would not be able to hold their heads up in public ever again. I pray that it is not true as that money was heading for a good cause. There are a lot a Celtic Supporters in the Armed Forces who have and will benifit from it in the future.

Agree0 Disagree0

Glad to read that it was a rumour
as if true it wouldve been hard to swallow for anyone

Lubo25

Agree0 Disagree0

Poppyscotland just said on twitter that rangers dont owe them any money. Just making us look bad making up these rumours.

hi thought would put in an idea for the rest of the games this season how good and proper considering what is going on just now in the southside if we all wore wee FERGUS BUNNETS to the rest of the games every game would be a reminder of our success all won fairly and in a financially prudent manner and of shame that has befallen the big house and all those who reside there well whats left after today

Believable11 Unbelievable2

Would be well funny at the old firm game. Who sells them

Agree0 Disagree0

What if you already wear a bunnet ?

Agree0 Disagree0

If you already wear one . Who sells them

Am I being suspicious or are Rankers now attempting to buy votes by agreeing to pay Dunfermline the £85,000 they are due when they could tell the Pars to wait in line. Do they have the upcoming vote for enrollment in SPL. What do you think ed?
Alba~Free {Ed007's Note - Votes for what? Any vote will be done by the SPL board, of which Dunfermline aren't part of.}

The 2 people click on this link taken from STV website up until 27 Feb. Under booking count both Rangers players are one away from a suspension which will now kick in at the Celtic v Rangers game.

Alright folks just wondering does anyone know what is happening as far as redundancies are concerned at castle grey skull ? {Ed007's Note - Nothing yet.}

Believable0 Unbelievable3

Players refusing to take huge paycut( can't say I blame them) so back tomorrow to discuss other options else its redundancies or liquidation

Agree0 Disagree0

It will be enforced redundancies. the administrators might actually do their job !

Agree0 Disagree0

The players have put a proposal to the administrators which the administrators will consider overnight. The proposal does contain an element of wage deferal. If acceptable to the administrstors it will put off redundancies for one month, if not redundancies will take place tomorrow.

Agree0 Disagree0

Anyone notice that its freely commented the plan is for the next month of trading? In next month (1) financial yr ends (final figures/losses) (2) HMRC case announcement (3) decision from Uefa re no footy next yr in Europe. So, if they don't make any redundancies this month (as in no redundancy payments) the liquidate next month and start again. All debts disappear and they WILL get voted back into spl as clubs will make more money with them than without.

Agree0 Disagree0

LOL the Castle greyskull one has always amused me, dont get me wrong i am a ceiltic man, but thats where he-man lived and he was a good guy. Bit Ironic IMO

Agree0 Disagree0

This whole delay just means that the inevitable is put off for another few hours. So much for the commitment of the "loyal" players a deferral for a month pmsl.

BREAKING NEWS
The Scottish Premier League have launched an investigation into allegations that Rangers made undisclosed payments to players. The probe comes after former Rangers director Hugh Adam claimed that some payments were not included in official contracts that were registered with the SPL. A statement read: "The SPL board has instructed an investigation into the alleged non-disclosure to the SPL of payments made by or on behalf of Rangers FC to players since 1 July 1998."

Believable6 Unbelievable2

How bloody convenient. The investigation period starts just after the end of their 9 in a row.

Agree0 Disagree0

Will this be 17 in a row bhoys Henke7

Agree0 Disagree0

If SFA don't investigate then its 14 in a row mate. MMI2009

I hate Jim Traynor

Samson

Believable14 Unbelievable4

Hi Sampson I couldn't agree more! He wallows like an elephant seal in his odiousness, he reeks of pretentiousness and self importance. His decrepitude is obvious to all but himself. He is a symbian feeding off the talent and sometimes the weaknesses of others and uses what training and intellect he has to demean and patronise ordinary folk. PS I hope you see the irony in my response (Traynor describing Traynor... but with more wit!) Sopot Celt

Agree0 Disagree0

You sounded like George Galloway.lol

craig whyte reputedly acquired rangers by selling sseason tickets to fund his takeover ..which is breach of takeover rules ...his stakeholding in rangers will be seen as null and void in a court of law ....that aside he has broken terms and conditions as set out by david murray prior to sale ..ie no investment in playing squad ...and refusing to pay small tax bill ...whyte has no chance of retaining the company

Believable10 Unbelievable3

No point in the SFA enquiry, just read your four line post and everything sorted.

I'm a Rangers supporter and I was shocked to read in the paper this morning about the untimely death of Paul McBride, I'm from N.I. so I know what bigotry is on both sides of the divide and Mr McBride came across as a real gentleman, and I'm sorry he died so young

Agree0 Disagree0

Well said above. He was a brilliant lawyer and represented both sides of the OF. A class act that we wont see his likes for a long time.

Well done to Neil Lennon for putting that so called football pundit Craig
Burley in his place. He is a third rate pundit at a third rate football station.
What a wally. Julie

Believable18 Unbelievable3

What happened to CB? so twisted and bitter. Just ignore wannabe playboy wannabe

Agree0 Disagree0

What did he say????

Agree0 Disagree0

RAGING Neil Lennon blasted former Celtic star Craig Burley after the 1-1 draw with Aberdeen at Pittodrie.

The Parkhead boss let rip as he was interviewed live on TV by ESPN reporter Darryl Curry.

It’s the second time the pair have been involved in a war of words inside a month, with Lennon furious at Burley’s “tainted title” comments.

He said: “I believe one of your reporters said that the title is devalued. The only thing that devalues the Scottish game is people like him on your channel.

“He should come into our dressing room and say that to our players. He should go and say that to the fans.

“I find it disrespectful. You give these guys a platform and they talk nonsense.

“We’ll carry on regardless. We’re unbeaten in 22 games and we’re looking forward to a big month.

“There are some great games ahead in the league, the Scottish Cup and the League Cup.”

Burley, the satellite cannel’s regular co-commentator, made his statement before Celtic’s winning 20-game run came to an end against Craig Brown’s side.

He claimed that the 10-point penalty Rangers had been handed for going into administration had effectively tainted the SPL Championship as the sanctions killed off any real hopes the Ibrox side had of challenging Celtic.

Lennon, though found a backer in another ex-Celt, keeper Pat Bonner, who was also working for ESPN.

He said: “Forget Rangers have been docked 10 points because Celtic would be miles ahead anyway under their own steam.”

Jungle Bhoy

Agree0 Disagree0

We should never forget that Craig Burley is/was a person of the worst kind..one within our team..remember the disrupted dressing room tales when he was at CP !

getting sick of hearing that the title is devalued. if rangers never cheated we'd be going for our 17th title in a row. SFA and SPL need to treat Rangers the way they would treat any club even if it means a revenue drop for the other clubs.

Believable7 Unbelievable7

Tainted, default title! haha get it up ye!
