Deluded they may be but your in denial if you don’t think we would rather have Defoe than Bayo. I’m sick of project signings we need someone who is ready now and I would take Defoe he could take pressure of Eddy and be impact from the bench until Griffiths is ready again.
The boy Jones is not bad but wouldn’t get in our best 25 and Kamara PMSL.

{Ed007's Note - I am not in denial - actually on a high plain of peace for a first time in many a year - but I'd rather have an outbreak of diabetic thrush and piles at the same time than see Celtic sign Defoe, don't you remember us signing Carlton Cole, Ian 🤬 Wright, Kazim-Richards and endless other over the hill Pub League players.

I'd be more excited over Bayo than Deforestation at least he'd be our player and possibly develop into a real good player. The only thing Defoe will do is deteriorate with age if he hasn't already done so already. I doubt he'll cope up here with the physicality and Bournemouth have the option to recall him end of the season anyway.

I'd like an experienced head too but doesn't mean that Bayo won't score goals as he's doing so in Slovakia but Defoe is old that's not the experience we need. Someone that's served their apprentice and around 25yr old would be ideal that's a senior international. I've said before Michael Krmencik would be good as he's got a good return for Czech Republic and that kind of option up front we could do for a plan b. But Weah can cover any of the front 3 positions.

They have shown there hand for next season. 2 spfl players that wouldn't make our bench. 2 epl players past there best. i don't buy into it.
We will bring players in that fi our policy and hopefully hit the ground running. maybe even a bit of a surprise also.

Defoe is done would not get anywhere near our 1st team Youth speed and ability for Celtic all the way Treble is on and so is 10 in row 🍀🇮🇪.
