Reading reports young u20s player Denny Johnstone has been offered a new contract but also being tracked by Dundee United. As an avid follower of the youth squads I had hopes Denny might break into the 1st team, been playing well for the u20s before and after an injury. Anyone got an update on the situation with him?

Was hearing Celtic are going to loan utd the boy next season which I don't think would be a bad move to get him first team experience

Apparently Utd looking to sign as opposed to loan deal.
player preference is move to utd by all accounts. Better opportunity for first team action
big difference in valuations, CFC looking for £100k, tribunial may be required

I'd hope not. If someone is to be a 'replacement for Sammy' then they should be similar players. Be able to do what he can in wide areas. Choupo-Moting is a player I like. I'm becoming obsessed with free agents I think though. Cifti has scored some good goals but a lot of them are put on a plate by the likes of Armstrong or Gauld. There are much better strikers (not wingers) to be had.

Meanwhile across in the Emerald Isle, rumours are gathering pace that Pat Fenlon is in line to become Neil Lennon's no 2. Sweet loving jaysus, can we stoop any lower. Ed please try convince me NL will be gone, please, please!

Had he really joined the club? what? 1 and a 1/2 qualifiers and a couple of friendlies? wish I was getting those wages for doing NOTHING all year at work
