Ed just a quick question. Is Scott Brown injured? Noticed he hasn't been involved in the last couple of friendlys.

Heard earlier on a Celtic forum that we're keeping him off after a surgery in june {Ed007's Note - He played against Ajax last week.}

Was anyone else under the impression season books covered today's game? Saw a few angry people today who thought the season book was valid for today! Does anyone know how many games at home on a saturday we had last season? Son plays football on a Saturday and was wondering if it's worth while getting him a season book or not?

I reckon most home games are the saturday as sky or espn only played the away games which was usuaally an early saturday kickoff or a sunday game

I think 99% of fans knew this game was ticket. It was advertised as tic only. Norwich/HJK games are on the book this season. Not many home games changed to a Sunday but most away games are. However in this season who knows! Hbhoy

If they were angry they've only themselves to blame. Its been pretty clear and widely advertised as not on the ST. Not really sure what, other that a personal call from Lawwell folk are after.

great performance today looked more like ourselfs we cant afford to lose wanyama, mulgrew a top player,commons looked back to his best big sammi one of our best, but bangura is never ever going to be celtic class iam sorry but the boy doesnt even look a player, he offers nothing an i know people arw telling us give hime a chance, well iam no john park but ive seen enough hes had more of a chance than rasmussen who scored 3 in 5 games release bangura and murphy, hope stokes n commons are ok we need them now,.,.kbarry

Couldn't agree more bangura is totally out of his depth he looks more like a bad sunday amatuer league player than a full time pro.

Unfortunately you can't just release people from a contract!

Why would you release Bangura? What, and pay him 2 years contract money? He has a market value, 1 injury hit season at Celtic doesnt take away from the fact he was a standout at AIK and is a Sierra Leone international. At worst we could get 500k for him. We could also send him out on loan back in sweden and if he found his form there at his level then we could recoup most of what we paid for him. Stupid comment kbarry.

The same logic applies to Daryl Murphy mate, if we release him we have to pay him what his contract was worth to him so why not keep him incase of emergency? He is the only big physical striker we have.I dont rate him either but these are the facts.

Don't no what the script is with bangura as for murphy I'd love to know who told him he was a striker. These two make big samaras look like a world beater!! Ian L

Again Jim the Tim needs to calm down. Do your shoutin after the game if not to your likin but please support the team on Wed. Bangura lookin a wee bit oot of his depth but to be fair he did at least pass to a hoops top the day. This is more than can be said for Hooper who has looked and played like a pub player since pre-season started. Hbhoy

I agree about Hooper mate. He has looked lazy and uninterested. The only thing of note I have seen him do in the last 3 games wa him "uncharacteristically" chase an Inter player well into our half to win the ball back for us. He then done the houdini for the remainder of the match. If I was to judge him solely on this pre season he would be no higher up the pecking order than Bangura. He has been awful. I can only assume his mind is elsewhere. We got a positive reaction the last time he was dropped, maybe that time has come again. With stokes most likely out of wednesdays match we dont have that luxury but if hes mince again I would drop him for the Aberdeen game. I get the feeling he wants away quite badly now and I for one can't stand the idea of players at Celtic who's heart isn't in it. I would rather see Tony Watt or someone playing there heart out for the team. That means even more to me than winning every game. If he wants out and we can get the fee we think he's worth, chase him.
