Yep, this one was a matter of time bhoys. Were he to leave (and who could blame him if Man Utd came in with a BIG offer!!) he would have to go. As a career move you don't get much bigger than that but before people start saying look at Liam Miller see what happened when he went, Izzy would defo be a starter each week for sure. I just hope if he were to move that we got the right price around million! Jeessoo if that dud Hutton went for ten izzy should go for 20M!!

It would be a huge loss if Izzy was to go but I'm sure a large fee that was reinvested into the team would soften the blow.

I wood be sad to see him leave but we have coped well without him and if the moneys good we cood use it to buy a new left back and stregthen other areas of the team

There is no way he would start ahead of Evra at left back.
He would be a squad player there, same as oshea and brown were and the twins, evans etc now. {Ed007's Note - Evra is nowhere near the player he was and will more than likely be on the move at the end of the season. Imo, izzy after only 30 odd spl games and straight after a broken leg has a long way to go to show hes good enough for man utd.
Exciting though he is in the spl, he is NOT a great defender and would be lacking for the epl {Ed007's Note - Disagree if you want. It won't make any difference to the fact that Utd are interested in him or that Evra and the Twins are on their way out.}

A quick point.
If the banner and the flares were the problem then why is this not getting a mention?

Wots the difference btween post and celtics post EXACT same flares banners hopefully not 1 rule for another,stef1967

The point is not to compare the incident with others to get away with it.

but, to get rid of these supporters who arent real fans and are only their singing their Pro-ira songs, setting off flares & displaying inappropriate banners

Whilst I agree with the comment on the petty nature of the press here, the simple truth is we're guilty and these idiots gave us the excsure they wanted. Its them to blame, nobody else. And if you think its only Celtic being targeted, think again. Barcelona were fined £87,000 earlier this year for the same thing.

I wonder if the moronic minority within the GB are trawling through the net to see what has been done at grounds but left unpunished then making a decision to do the stunt themselves believing they will not be punished.

If this is the case then I's personally like to see the back of the GB.

The GB create atmosphere at home and away. However i don't agree with the rebel songs they sing, we have so many songs about Glasgow Celtic that we could sing, why revert to any pro-i*a p1sh?

I dont think there is any chance of us going in for jordan rhodes in january after his performance on saturday.he scored all 4 of huddersfield goals which has probably just added an extra million or so onto his price tag and alerted more premier league teams.
id love it if we got him as he looks a real propect but we dont have 4 or 5 million to spend anymore.
looks like were gonna have to do with diawara.

A few people i know that are huddersfield fans have said that they would bite your hand off fr the 2 mill
