Just ahead of tonight's Scotland game, i'm looking at this talented Belgian team.

Hazard, Kompany, Fallani, Courtois (20yr old GK), Benteke etcanyway, my point is how do a country like Belguim produce these players ? Is there more investment in youth players than there is in Scotland ?

They are a relatively young team and quite a few of them already first team regulars in the Premiership.

Correct mrs e scotland were outclassed by belguim it was a lesson how to pass a ball and keep composed something our lads were bad at tonight the only highlights for us was good goalkeeping by alan mcgreagor and the two fee kicks we had made the belguim keeper save them other than that we were outclassed it was cringeworthy at times back to the drawing board im afraid

The players train at Lennoxtown these days around 10.00am, they start arriving around 9.30am but just your luck if they stop to sign autographs.
It is not like the old Barrowfield training complex where you could go along and watch them train.
Lennoxtown is more enclosed, I think you need permission to go inside, contact CFC for advice.
As regards players arriving during night games, if ordinary Scottish game they arrive about 2 hours before kick off in their own cars, so better chance of an autograph.
If big european game, sometimes they all arrive by team coach. Hope this helps. hail hail Timalloy

Looks to me like a fairly innocent question so why some people click on the unbelievable button is beyond me. Also, a comment about NL and the teams' whereabouts being kept quiet hints of paranoia a bit. At least the first reply was a sensible one.

Your wee man will be made to feel most welcome. As indeed he would be at Ibrox. Both sets of decent fans want the family game. Football has a lot of positives to offer kids. HH

Good day ed and all, not posted in a wee while with work being busy. I just think our fans should maybe get off hoopers back, at the end of the day if any of you put yourself in his shoes would you not wish to represent your country? Even in every day life most people strive for a better career ,promotions and wage rises even though what footballers make is ridiculous that's just the way it is.
If hooper is wanting away at least he is still doing what he's paid for(scoring goals) people will come and go from paradise and as long as pl demands top dollar our club will go from strength to strength so let's lay off hoopers back and what ever will be will be.

Thanks SOS-bhoy

Did big fraser not just make the england squad ? didnt see him wanting a move

Didnt the England manager just say that hooper is about to make the team as he is looking at him? If he moves to epl he most likley will not be starting and be a back up and come on for a few minutes, where as hear he is shown what he can do by leading the line and playing in cl. I think he now has a better shot at an England call up if he stays as Forster has just been called up, not only do I think it's good for him but for Celtic as well if we have 2 English squad players because it seems that the walls are falling and ppl/clubs eyes are opened as to what Celtic has and how good we are no matter the league.
