Coaching staff relly impressed with goalkeeper Stipe pletikosa a deal will be done in the next 48 hours....FACT.....ASWEDE.
This will give lennon more money for a striker from south america , plus a loan deal for a defender

I thought pletikosa was coming on trial on monday, i may be wrong though, apologies if i am. {Ed007's Note - Don't apologise, you're right}

If he signs in the nxt 48hrs i'll give u £100

Lennon hasnt had a chance to look at Pletikosa yet and Lennon said he wont get a chance to look at him untill after the hibs match

Where and when did lennon.say this. and stipe is over already and has been training. Steve woods is the goal keeping coach and.he is putting him through his paces .

He's due at Celtic Park tomorow IIRC. Also a chance he might feature against Cardiff on Wednesday, if he proves himself overt the next 3 to 4 days i imagine he'll be offered a deal. Guys a solid keeper, would be well pleased if he signed for us.

Is it true that celtic player behram Kayal has requested a transfer away from the club after a serious disagreement with manager neil lennon?

if pletikosa signs zaluska will look for a transfer if hes not no.1. cerny from hamilton will then be our no.2.

any news on a striker. only 1 week left until the season starts and we desperately need another goalscorer

I don't know why everybody is desperate for another goal scorer. Hooper and Stokes are both more than capable of banging them in.

What if one or both is injured? would you rely on samaras and murphy because i wouldnt. i also think stokes could score more goals 14 in 29 isnt good enough with the amount of chances he gets. he even scored more at hibs and falkirk

I agree that a new striker is something that is needed but not urgently. Lennon will get somebody before the window shuts but i have no worries about starting the season with hooper, stokes and commons scoring plenty no doubt.

Cerny to Celtic from Hamilton Accies will be the best economical singing ever.

He'd be worth a punt if he was coming in as back up.....we need someone to come in and go right into the first team. not sure cerny has the pedigree.

We can look world wide for a keeper yet we know he is already settled in Scotland the language is no barrier he has played in the spl and is not a prima dona i say strike while the iron is hot.We could offer a loan deal with other fringe players going to Hamilton.This to me is good business.

Cerny aint good enough zaluska is better quite like the look of the croatian keeper depending if he is fit enough? Also think the lack of spending is due to the likes of rasmussden, hooveld and loovens along with Murphy thought these 4 would have left by now to free up some funds.
