Neil Lennon to be named Norwich manager within next 48 hours. You heard it here first

This was posted on Twitter at 22:44 tonight by a BBC reporter!

Been confirmed it was a fake Garth Crooks twitter account.

BBC confirm that the tweets were fake.

Don't go on tw@tter often but had a look, it's obviously a fake account. Far too much criticism of Liverpool for a journalist/pundit.

Hi not been on for ages bhoys and ghirls, I'm starting to get sick of all this lenny talk now. I think its about time the board took some action, if lenny isn't going to be here next season I think they need to show him the door and move on, what do we do with players not willing to commit? Move them on! Lenny hasn't confirmed or denied what he will be doing next season except he wants a couple of players! The board need to take action and say commit or go NOW! Simple.

Now now SW, you'll be accused of not being a "real" fan and that you must miss them. NL, Celtic to the core, has done a magnificent job. He's overachieving all dreams and aspirations. And not to mention, he beat Barcelona 18 months ago and reached the Last 16 of the CL 15 months ago. Oh, and any slip ups are down to death threats he received in his first season as manager.

Posted about this the other day and personally I feel that Neil is desperate to leave, very time he is asked he contributes to the speculation by this "I'm flaterd but not heard anything" rubbish! The club and its supporters deserve better respect than what he is showing at the moment

Used to have a lot of time for lennon but have heard a few stories about him of late and my estimation of him has went down. according to stories from a reliable source he has neither the ethics or morals to be the Celtic manager.

Regarding rumours of a nasty nature, no matter who is at the butt of them, I think to say that I heard something nasty about.
( someone specific ) and not give details is bad taste . Either give the details, or mention nothing about it , would be the proper thing in my opinion.

The rumours going about are lennon is a total egomaniac, acts like a chav and supposedly the reason mjallby left. that's what i've heard.
