Spurs won’t allow him to leave as they have just sold Dembele to China for £11m. He’s only not in squad due to injury, as soon as he’s fit he will be in match day squad.
The gaffa signed him twice both at Southampton and Spurs so obviously rates him.

Few rumours about potential departures, am not saying all this will happen but a fair few could.

Compper - German and Italian team interested all be it 2nd tier teams, we are willing to let him go for free.
Gamboa - could be off to the MLS.
Izaguirre - could be of to Turkey.
Hendry - going on loan, Bradford most likely team.
Bitton - Neil Lennon wants to take him to Hibs in loan (good deal to get him fit again) .
Allan - Hibs and also willing to let him go for free.
Mulumbu - heading back to France either on loan but would be free to leave if a deal can be agreed.
Hayes - on loan to Aberdeen if GMS goes to the MLS.
Morgan - loan deal to Kilmarnock to replace Jones who will sign for Rangers this month.
Boyata - Up to 5 teams want him with a fee between £3-5m being the price.

Seems a lot of players but most of them we wouldn't miss.

BR signed most of those mentioned and you are spot on, none would be missed. Hopefully the new signings will be better but would like to see signings that will be instant first team picks.
