I've heard there's been a f-ck up in the HMRC case by the HMRC which could render the case dead and buried. Something to do with a loophole in the EBT-scheme.
Having said that I question the reliability of the source (internet forums, as per usual; on a Saturday night no-less when these kind of decisions/announcements simply wouldn't be made by these types of people) so I highly doubt it.
