i can't believe the media haven't put 2+2 together after learning of HMRC's decision to nominate BDO as liquidators of rangers.
To me, this move isn't just 'normal procedure' as dumb & dumber put it, it says that they will not accept this nonsense cva proposal and are already geared up for liquidation as rangers need both HMRC and ticketus to agree, if one doesn't agree, the cva fails......doesn't take a genius to work this out!

Rangers should be very worried about this Taco.

In Duff & Phelps original proposal to creditors at the beginning of Aprill, Duff & Phelps proposed that they be appointed liquidators if Rangers were going to be liquidated. HMRC objected to this and insisted that if Rangers were to be liquidated, then BDO be appointed.

If it was all normal procedure then HMRC would have agreed to Duff & Phelps being liquidators.

This can be seen in the result of the creditors meeting dated 20th April and which was only released by Duff & Phelps this week. If it was all normal procedure, why didn't they release the result on 20th April, why keep it hidden for so long. It basically had to come out now as the current CVA proposal has been made.

Also, if Green walks away then HMRC can immediately appoint BDO and liquidate.

If the CVA fails and Green wants a Newco, HMRC can prevent this and liquidate Rangers and appoint BDO.

And if an agreed CVA failes within a period of 3 months, BDO get appointed to liquidate.

And if at any time Duff & Phelps are of the view that the asset value of Rangers is greater than the CVA offer, then Duff & Phelps must step aside and BDO will come in and liquidate the club.

As usual though the press and most Rangers supporters just do not get this.

How can the shame not be worth more than a cva as the players valuation alone is roughly 8million going by release clause valuations Murray park and brokers value is 5.5million going by dumb and dumber so that is 13.5 million. 5 mill more than the cva so everyone makes more money through liquidation.

Tedbear - what I have posted is not an opinion it is fact. It is in the report of the creditors meeting dated 20th April prepared by Duff & Phelps.

Try reading it, which you clearly haven't done, or if you have, you are unable or unwilling to understand it.

It is not something that is open for debate, it is factual information from the creditors report.

And yes, if the CVA is accepted and Rangers meet the terms of payment none of the above will happen. That is the bl00dy point. Obviously you're unable to remotely grasp and understand what is being said in this post.

Don't understand why a posting that details facts from an administrators report can be construed as hatred. Please explain without backtracking.

@tedbear my hatred comes from your clubs signing policy it had for 120years along with the fact you have never signed a ROI player since said policy was 'relaxed' and let's not forget the eggs Benedict carry on a few years ago. It also comes from the fans who spout their anti catholic venom on a weekly basis. I have best mates who are rangers daft and this is where my hatred wanes,because I know how much their club means to them because they are nothing more than football supporters who have no hidden agenda regarding the religious side of things. Even now since it all started (admin) there has been no apology from anyone at rangers or even an ounce of compassion for the people the club has screwed. Instead it's been cries of "no one likes us we don't care" sound familiar? "poor us" and " we will take teams down with us". That's why,in my opinion you won't hear much compassion from us Celtic fans.
