I see that newcastle fans on the net are slaughtering Forster , Celtic and the SPL , maybe when they have reached 3 European finals and have the worldwide fanbase that we have they can do that they are hardly known in world football

billybhoy here, back from my 9 day tour of ireland, sad to report the fields of athenry don't lie low, thereare no fields in athenry, and if the prison ship is waiting in the bay it must be in galway about 20 miles away because thats the nearest one, even sadder the monment to brother walfrid in ballymote looks really ''tired'' . gets worse i'm affraid never saw a minute of any celtic game over there they all watch english football instead. but saying that for me it's sill the best wee country in the world , friendly people great scenery and fantastic pubs , mostly,, cant wait till my next visit in the summer .

Congratulations to Celtic for winning the league. Great run of form from the 3.3 Kilmarnock game that secured it.
Hopefully we will be in some sort of shape to challenge next season, but no too hopeful right now!

Gers fan here. You will see my previous post with congrats on your title win. Its not tainted as the best team wins. Do you agree its a strange comment from Peter Lawwell (as usual) "blah blah blah the title is back where it truly belongs...?!" I know we as fans talk like this because we feel our team is the only team but how can a club official say a thing like that unless he is profoundly arrogant? Does he feel no other team has a right to win it? He really is a foot in the mouth guy who shd know better. I would be annoyed if Gers officials talked like that after a title win. (Mind you arrogance among our club officials got us in the mess we are in) All Im saying Mr Lawwell is, pride comes before a fall. Hopefully we can challenge you from a stronger footing next year. I think it's VERY important that we make sure in 5/ 10/ 20 / 50 & 100+ years time future celts know that we won the league not through rangers going into admin but through hard work, determination and by turning that MASSIVE points difference around from them! Obviously by the replies to this post Mr Burley is not held in that much high regard by celtic fans. I don't think much of his views most of the time either, but..
on this occasion he does have a point.
Celtic are not that "great" a team. There ARE questions to be answered by this squad. Okay they won the league,and that means that you are the best in Scotland for that season, but is that really such a grand statement?
That's one question for a start.
Rangers won the leaugue the last 3 years, and i would never consider any of our team to have been "Great"
Think about it bhoys.
