ED007 have you heard anything about how long Boyata and Ajer and Lustig will be out for.
Also heard that Roberts, Ralston and Armstrong are nearing first team returns, can you confirm these rumours also. Cheers in advance
PS once you have answered all above queries, can you give me tomorrow's lottery numbers also lol.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed007's Note - Boyata is a doubt for the Zenit game but Ajer could make it as his ankle knock isn't as bad as first thought. All the others you mentioned will also be back at some point this month.}

06 Feb 2018 13:04:53
Thanks for the info ED007, as usual you are the Oracle and Fount of all knowledge, now about those lottery numbers.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - If I had them I'd give you them for that level of crawling! ;)

I hope they all return soon as we desperately need them all to be fit. The weakest part of the team is the last place we need problems.

I must admit if all fit I would go with Ajer, Boyata and Simo and that sums up the co sequence of feck all being done to immediately improve the defence.

Hendry is no better than what we have. Go Celtic Board and Brendan. Does Brendan see himself as the next Wenga and his inability to sort out a defence that doesn't self destruct when it matters most they don't?

If we return to the hearts form I still believe we have a chance. Not improving the defence to me is criminal and going with Dorus borders on the self harming spectrum.

I know. But some nightmare moments too. Nobody was convinced by him when he played at first. Do we really expect to progress when a keeper who couldn't really challenge Gordon is enough?

We go into the Zenit game with potentially a weaker defence that crashed and burned in the CL.

How can that position be ok?

The board have a phobia about spending money. I was convinced that would change with the increased difficulty if CL qualification and a chance to tool up for Zenit.

It seems old habits die hard.

For the summer I will expect the same again and won't let even a rational thought about the cost of not getting in first team starters in if we fail to qualify. All the bullshit about using this window to bed in players for that challenge makes it harder to take. Brendan said this was his goal. Hands up who truly believe he achieved it? No doubt there will be some who will stick up for how we went about it. There always is, but I think the vast majority feel it's another example of us failing to sort out what needed sorting.

I wasted my time going down that road of believing they would act.

It will be a long time before that feeling returns.

Kev83 I quite like that line up I think Gordon's the strongest GK we have from the bunch but with him in that line up, that's arguably our strongest side but bring, Boyata, lustig, Gordon, Roberts, Rogic, armstrong/ McGregor and Édouard onto our bench with that outfield team and wee look a lot stronger. I think our injury list had let us down quite a bit.

Fools and anti Celtic supporters pick their time to post negative posts against Celtic players. They hope in the next couple of very important games Celtic will fail and they will be able to come on here on February 16th and tell us, " I told you so".
The fact that they have worked hard over the last number of weeks trying to erode players and supporters confidence, doesn't seem to register in their negative brain.

Paying one of my numerous visits to the home of the thrills tonight, as an interested neutral with a sway to the Harry Wraggs. Tim if your out there run some bets. I fancy thistle to score first and sevco to win 2-1.

@GJ remember and bring your ear plugs for when the "loyal" fans start their chants (and that is just in the press box lol)
1-2 is 7/ 1
any Thistle player scores first then 1-2 is 50/ 1 (it goes way up to 400/ 1 if result reversed eg 2-1 Thistle
But surely the bet is penalty 5/ 2 or
Player sent off 7/ 2.

Hopefully the jags get at least a draw. I will look forward to dipping into Follow Follow to immerse myself in their grief.

It will be Murty out. Bring back Walter. Lawell is behind it. Everyone in the media hates us, even the dyed in the wool bluenoses. The refs are all Fenians. Two or three thousand No Surrenders and 's and if only Watty was at the helm 55 would be a cert.

I do love a laugh.

Mon the Jags!
