So now the madness is past and we know who is in and maybe more importantly who isn't away what do we know about this Eboue fella? I know nothing of him myself. Can he dig in and help Brown out or is he a creative midfielder? Is he a Lambert, Lennon, Lubo, Petrov or a McStay?

If he's at any one of their level then we've got a player.

I'm back, maybe not match fit but I am going to try to keep my hand in . Since I have posted, I have been to brain specialist a couple of times and had a brain scan.
At least I know I have one, even though it's a fair bit older than me . I have another brain scan, sometime in distant future which may or may not confirm Parkinsons. This could be a relative good proboscis, as some of the others don't bear thinking about .
Well, I understand Celtic have done ok since I was last on and hopefully they can keep this up . I didn't hear how Celtic did against the new club at Hogmanay, maybe bruised bear or Union Jack could tell me how it went

{Ed033's Note - A proboscis sounds cool :), good luck with the prognosis.

Same as the others good to see u back on here, hope things go well for u n look forward to more of your posts.
Not sure why so many disagreed with your post, I put an agree. However mate hopefully uve now seen the light with Forrest n that were a better team with paddy roberts, your posts have been missed.
As for union jack your always good for a laugh, suppose you need to be that way supporting a tribute act who are pretending rangers still exist, we all tell our kids Santa exists but we're not gullibly enough to believe it.
As for the £6 million dollar man, I heard ronaldo was begging Madrid not to sign him as he can't compete with his level of ability.
Now to rangers, even the deceased club / company has more chance of closing the gap than sevco do, warbiola is certainly a tactical genius, so good even he doesn't know how he does it, how come hearts pumped sevco? Warbiola 'i don't know' never a truer word as the bread man said.
Welcome back Chris.

Just a thought
Izzy LB
KT LM
Sinclair up front
some of Sinclair's moves recently reminded me of Larsson and KT higher up would be more in yer face (high pressing) and when we have the ball would be deadly
I know Sinclair is a little one sided tho.
just while we are waiting for MD/ LG to come back

I'd have KT and Izzy swapped around digibanger purely because KT is a much better defender.

I'd use him as a lwb if we were playing 3cbs in europe. I'd start him anywhere on the left though db. That long pass onto sinclair through the middle was world class against the sheep. Imagine if he had got on the end of it and volleyed it in? Would of been goal of the season for me.

So, if the keeper throws the ball is it considered in play?
I say yes. My point being, if the keeper releases the ball voluntarily then it is in play.
Just watched a bunch of clips where several goals were disallowed because players stole the ball as it was in the air. what do you guys think?

The rules say that releasing the ball from your hands to punt it is a single motion and the opposition can't touch the ball during this. They had a thing on MOTD about it after a goal was disallowed I remember.

I was not aware. Mind you, we see keepers roll the ball, pick it up, roll it and then punt it. Does add a nice wee edge to the game though (mind you, with CG I would be concerned)
Loved Best's one against Gordon Banks.

04 Feb 2017 14:54:16
George best doing it was the 1 that comes to mind, saw it on tape, and I think when the ball is released from the hands then it's fair game, despite the rules saying otherwise.
After all how many keepers actually release a ball before the 6 seconds is up? Yet nothing is ever giving, for me keepers get away with too much.
