Kris Commons is Charlie Nicholas the sequel. Bitter man that thought he was Mr Celtic and now is vengefully slating club at every opportunity. Forgets that he was close to signing to the former tenants of Ibroke and would of had Celtic not offered more money.

Believable3 Unbelievable0

{Ed007's Note -I'm not having that, Phil, never in a million years can you compare Nicholas with Commons. Commons and his concubine would have been full on Nacho Nodo and been all over the WATP Klan stuff if he joined them, can you see Nicholas ever even considering signing for them?
Nicholas isn't the brightest bulb in the box and alcohol plays a big part in his life - he opens his mouth without thinking on any subject - but anyone that's ever spoke to him privateyl or heard him at functions can never question his love for the Club or his credentials as Celtic man.}

Commons is a complete bellend. He made an ok contribution when he was at the club but will never be remembered as a Celtic great. I’ve no idea how he even managed to get a job with Sky. The guys a snake pay no attention to anything he says.

Agree3 Disagree0

01 Oct 2018 09:02:30
He got a job with SLY because like Provan, Walker and Nicholas, he signed a contract, agreeing to give slanted and biased opinions that try to belittle and criticize their former club at every opportunity, while declaring SLY's favourites, Sevco untouchable.

Agree0 Disagree0

01 Oct 2018 11:13:38
Are you seriously suggesting that they signed a contract that explicitly requires them in writing, to give slanted views on Celtic? man calm down. Walker is a wee tit, but he would never do that and neither would Sk, even if they wanted to.

Agree1 Disagree0

01 Oct 2018 11:42:25
Commons plays to the galleries and always has but guys like Nicholas, walker are meant to be Celtic men at heart.
That makes the way they talk about us WORSE than the rest.

01 Oct 2018 00:40:07
Ed i was referring to negative attitude on Sky, not club. Apologies if post was bit confussing.

Ed adding to that i meant to start a new paragraph when moving onto commons signing for them, think that's where i ****ed up.

{Ed007's Note - πŸ‘

01 Oct 2018 15:29:41
Don't think Commons' personality should affect how he's remembered as a player. He may well be bitter about the club for whatever reason, but his goals and assists were often very important.

Agree1 Disagree0

01 Oct 2018 18:21:15
Charlie played for Celtic when he was with us, Commons played for Commons and never gave a damn about Celtic. His woman travelled on supporters buses but she still hasn't paid for some at least two years after she travelled.

Old man Chris

Excellent point perfectly sums the 2 of them up.

Sorry Mike but I think Commons should be remembered as a C**T, no better than Moussa Dembele in my book.

Good to see Livi showing common sense today by giving 3/ 4 of the ground to away support and maximising gate money, other clubs should do similar instead of having thousands of empty seats then complaining they're skint. Pity the knuckldraggers who occupied those seats today couldn't behave.

Believable3 Unbelievable0

30 Sep 2018 19:59:16
They behave like that and somebody thinks having them and us in Glasgow on the same day for the semi-finals is a good idea? Absolute madness.

Agree3 Disagree0

02 Oct 2018 13:44:41
Stevie M it might be a good idea to sell 3 of your 4 stands to visiting stands if they are going to behave like humans. Hitting ref assistants with coins or whatever is not acceptable human behaviour and with Rangers 2012 supporters it isn't completely unexpected.

Switch over to Sky sports football right now kev, they are showing highlights from the game in 1999. You couldn't make it up.

Its almost like we have lost to Livi! the two chubby Kris' and Hayley Mcqueen (god bless that booty) talking celtic 24/ 7.

Believable4 Unbelievable0

30 Sep 2018 16:27:21
Seen that mate, utter disgrace of a channel going pitch side to some moron to discuss celtic's summer of discontent, well that was all pre planned as they thought the sevvies would win today. Get right it up ye! Karma's a bitch!

30 Sep 2018 17:21:07
That was shocking discuss Celtic after sevco get pumped. let's deflect sevco result on to us brilliant.

Did kris n cross not cover the celtic fan (obviously not a ger fan) that was dressed in blue hittin the linesman with missile.

Sportscene gave it as little coverage as possible. If that was the celtic fans that had done that they would held a public enquiry.

Apart from her love of Rangers, and lack of knowledge about football why did Hayley get a job with Sky.

2 big main reasons really.

Well done on Livi winning Brendan! Shows the difference between us and the huns. They think they have had an amazing start to the season and we think our start has been p! sh.

They are behind us in the league.

Sevco mentality - win a couple of games and they are world beaters! Did the same last season under Murty as well.

Believable6 Unbelievable0

30 Sep 2018 15:37:46
If we had started the season in top form, they would be wanting gerrard sacked for the return of the Murty, onwards and upwards bhoys!

While we're still a long way short of our usual fluent selves I thought Celtic played very well yesterday were up for it to a man and showed a bit of dig most notably KT in that respect. The boy has the potential to be world class. Made a point of watching Hendry and while it remains to be seen if he can cut it i thought he'd a very good game. Still concerned we have no cover for Broon should he be injured particularly given (1) our lack of dig in the middle of the park without him should he be injured (2) the Jambos are a big physical team and are doing well (3) they bullied us last season and again this season plus (4) we're getting zero protection from referees which will only get worse if we make 8 in a row. Scary to think the SPL's hatchet men will be allowed to get away with if we make it to 9 in a row. Therefore I'm of the view cover for our captain is a number one priority and hope that the manager still thinks the same given we tried to sign one from Hibs without success for whatever reason. ☘️.

Believable3 Unbelievable0

30 Sep 2018 14:13:02
I think that is why BR was so keen to get McGinn as Broony isn't getting any younger and we don't have enough battlers in the team.
Unfortunately we still have a squad surplus at present and need a clear-out to cut the wage bill and raise funds for such a player; plus another striker and a creative 'number 10' as Rogic is not the answer and is a bit too selfish and wasteful on the ball and I don't know what has happened to Callum McGregor since they Internationals?

Agree0 Disagree0

30 Sep 2018 18:36:45
Once a bhoy, the internationals are not that long ago for any concern of a lost of form since then . McGregor will be back at his best before long and even sooner if he gets encouragement and support from our fans.

Was thinking that myself Mally, played 9 won 9. How did we end up in a tougher group than the Sevies when we were 2nd seeds and they were 4thπŸ€”.

Agree0 Disagree0

30 Sep 2018 11:10:16
To be perfectly honest I am more interested in our domestic form and although we have won our last two - it's obvious we really need to start scoring more goals - from all over the pitch.
The EL is a bonus and good European experience and a good run would be excellent progress, but domestic dominance and success is always the priority for me and some players are still not, yet at 100%.

Agree0 Disagree0

30 Sep 2018 11:53:03
Agree oab about the domestic scene . but we always seem to lose an early goal in Europe and are chasing the game and with ajer and maybe benkovuc out it looks like young Hendry will be thrown in btw thought yesterday was his best game in a Celtic jersey no blunders hope he can keep this up.

Agree1 Disagree0

30 Sep 2018 16:22:50
I must agree Mally I am probably one of Hendrys worst critic's but he did have a decent game yesterday.

Maybe we are all seeing this wrong.
Maybe the SPFL are deliberately proposing the dates to generate maximum publicity to get a wider international audience (and more revenue)
Plaudits to the SPFL board for this great mo.
sorry, got to cut this short as there are some guys just came in wearing white coats. They have a lovely wee jacket for me to wear with arms that tie at the back (must be straight from McCartney designs)
Will continue later on my praises for the decision making of the SPFL. oh, feck!
