Not too disappointed with this window. I would of liked to have been able to swap the want away viking for a decent pedigree cb. Lb and rb cover would of been a bonus but if it means we will give youth a chance then we can't have everything. The gk issue has been done to death and will be addressed next summer or Jan if any injuries appear.

My mate sent me a table showing 28 players out with loans, transfers, out of contract and youth release which is a pretty decent cull of dead wood. We have signed players that will see first team football. All in all the squad is looking stronger which is all we could of asked for. Would of liked a bit of quality added at the back but holding onto our better players and getting paddy back is a big lift.

Agree with Rglen apart from the bit about Eric. Let's hope he comes back more focused and fit. Boyata was well out the picture last year then came right back onto a game.

How amusing it would be if at some point soon Scotlands 1st 11 has 8 current tims, Gordon, Tierney, Ralston, Brown, Armstrong, Forrest, McGregor and Griffiths with 3 supporting Tims Mulgrew Robertson and Snodgrass. We all dream of a team full of Tims.

It must turn the stomach of the few remaining huns that follow Scotland to see so many tims pulling on the dark blue. The less the better for me, more chance of injuries.

I was losing interest under Strachan but with so many Tims now involved i have to watch them. Injuries are always a concern but i'd rather see them all playing in a successful Scotland team and the more Tims the better.

Totally forgot about Christie good shout Marty, Shouldn't be too long before he is called up he definitely deserves to be in the squad, just as McGregor does.

Is Kolo still registered as a player Ed? Got the fear there that he could be slotted in at centre half. All he contributed last year was the dressing room dance and still have nightmares about his performance against Man City. ☘️.

Big Joe was great for us but chose to leave. He will always be compared to the Joe who left us and he has changed so I would say no.
Very few returning players to a club are as good or better than when they left.
Glad of his time with us and wish him well but not at Parkhead.
