Had a look at the ayr starting 11 and Miller on the bench.

Calvin miller came on 74 minutes.
He was the only outfield player for Scotland u21 that never got any game time during the week. Scotland made 6 subs with Calvin left sitting on the bench.
Calvin was tipped as one of europes top young prospects at one time but I don't think playing a confident young wide man full back done him any favours. For a start he wasnt built like a defender and I remember watching his first couple of games and you could see the confidence draining out of him.

I'm pretty sure he was striker when he was highly rated

Then moved to wing and for some bizarre reason to left back

He's never a defender.

Big call on Sunday is who plays at 10? Ntcham and Rogic both in the squad. Will either of them be up to speed? Can still play Weah there but can see Ntcham probably getting the nod as he'll give us a bit of physicality in the middle when tracking back. What's people's ideal starting 11?

Ad play weah at 10 the boy is quality and quick bafgling lenny hasn't used him more.

Forrest was my first pick but I don't think he will make it.
I also think it is too early to start Rogic, although he might get last 20 minutes if we need him.
Which leaves 2 options. First option is Ntcham has been doing double training sessions to get up to speed. Ntcham in with Brown and move McGregor up to number 10.It is not an option I would go with because Ntcham sits too deep, which we don't need with Brown there. Option 2 We go with a 4-1-4-1 formation.
Brown in the holding role and McGregor up supporting Weah in the number 10.
Weah played a couple of games last week, so I am not worried about match fitness, all Lenny needs to do is unleash him.

I’d be surprised if Ntcham or Rogic we’re to start. Both haven’t played any football this year. I’d go with Weah or forest if he’s fit.

Never seen Ntcham in the 10. Would love to see that. Our best player there is Christie, maybe, tho I think Lenny fancies Forrest in there.

I wouldn't risk any players that are presently half fit. After what happened in December match when Lustig and Benkovic went into the game carrying knocks and didn't make it out for the 2nd half. It prevented us from changing our shape to try and compete and knowing we had to bring on Eddy for young Johnston at some stage.
There are bigger games to play this season, so I wouldn't risk Lustig, Tierney, Benkovc, Ntcham, Christie,
Rogic or Forrest.
My new team would still wipe the floor with them. All fit players and ready to do battle.
Bain
Toljan. Ajar. Boyata. Hayes
Brown
Burke. Weah. McGregor. Sinclair
Edouard.

Agree with all but Tierney. I'd definitely start him then take him off when we go 4-0 up.

Agreed Leon great minds, my exact team bar tierney was in mine but definitely heyes over izzi if teirney doesn’t make it although I believe he’s fine, weah in the hole behind eddy will cause them severe issues too fast for a zombie 🧟‍♀️ 🍀
3-0.

So if kt doesn't make it do we go with hayes or Izzy I'd go with hayes.

Izzy shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near the game on Sunday! Great guy and great servant to club but he’s done plain and simple! Hayes has done well when he’s came in and deserves a crack at it if KT is out! My team would be
Bain
Lustig boyata ajer Hayes (if no KT)
Brown McGregor
Forrest Burke Sinclair
Eddy.

We can't start Lustig at RB, his legs have gone.
I would go with Leonbhoy's team.

The week before the match on the 29th of December almost all our players suffered a virus and looking back at our performance it certainly looked like that .
Hopefully they are all fit and well for tomorrow.

Some bookies offering 4/ 1 for a Sevco win.
Never forget what my old da said to me once. Look in any Bookies and you'll see 4 windows taking your money and 1 window paying out.
We are long overdue to give them a tanking.
Mon the Hoops.

On the evidence of our last two games I can’t go along with fellow posters forecasting 3/ 4 goal victory. To be honest those two games left a lot to be desired. I would love to be proved wrong, but I just don’t see a convincing victory under Lennon, feel free to slaughter me if I’m wrong. Oldkilly.

Ur spot on oldkilly! Nothing in our performances since lenny came in point towards us winning 3/ 4! We all hope it happens but reality is that we ain’t been firing on all cylinders! I’d take any kind of victory to be honest, but lenny will know that the more unconvincing performances we put In til the end of the season, the less chance he’ll have of getting the job full time! Would absolutely love us to hammer them on Sunday, and I hope that’s exactly what we do!

I think if we have NtCham fit and playing well or Rogic coming on with 30+ mins left and fit to play his natural game we can wi with a bit to spare . Lennon hasn't had a proper midfield in any of his games and hence we had to battle through them.

I have been giving the Neil Lennon situation some thought.
If by any chance he does not become our next manager
what about NL for director of football overseeing the youth development and the scouting.
These are areas I believe he would excel and he would be oot of the limelight and all the sectariarnism that goes with it.

I always think a DoF should be an older head with plenty of experience of working in n around huge football clubs.

Good shout Jonace. There's loads of football to direct at Celtic Park: it doesn't need to be, and shouldn't be, an executive role. Dunno if lenny would fancy that--but we could make it worth his while.

31 Mar 2019 03:31:47
I mentioned this last month don't think NL would take that or if he was old enough to be considered a DOF but think he would be an ideal candidate for that role.
