It seems the new signings/trialists at Rangers intend to takeover where Charles Green left off!

Nicky Law - 'This is as close as I'll get to playing for a club the size of Manchester United'

Richard Foster - 'You can only win the division you're in so to win the Second Division would be as bid an achievement as winning the SPL'

Walter Smith - buys a bus (to park again I assume)

I swear they must be giving out some kind of illegal substance over Govan way ~ Mrs E

There always into illegal stuff going down Mrs E.lol sound of your name is a bit suss for the chemical kids. There comments are pre rehearsed with direction from jabba. When heard a new coach was appointed.I honestly thought was the real deal& the slug was on his way out, awe well, lol,, stevo

Agree0 Disagree0

@mrs E: Not illegal Mrs E it's called money! The facts are if these guys could have got more cash elsewhere they would not be near the dust bowl.
Foster would have went anywhere as he wanted back to Scotland.Daly is after a pension top up and Law had no other offers.

Clark is the only signing that makes any sense, having said that did anyone else offer him a deal? Berra seems to be next. What puzzles me is what is their financial plan?. green jhedi

The financial plan GJ seems to be we'll just wing it!

The comments must be pre rehearsed, there's been too much now. They must be told 'get yourself on twitter and write crap, the fans love it'. Any other Club the players are told to get on the park, play the best football you can and the fans will love it.

Its an awfy rid neck!

On another note about the Chemical Kids, stayed up tonight to see the Rolling Stones at Glastonbury and think its time they retired. Keith Richards looks like he's been wheeled straight out a nursing home and told to move about a bit with a guitar. He has obviously no idea where he is lol ~ Mrs E

Does anyone still think we should still be looking at a experienced cb like dunne Gallas or the Dutch boy van dijk will do.i would like to see us go for a lb. Midfield Barry bannan or yossi beniyoun maybe huddlestone on a loan and maybe another striker if hooper and stokes leave don't want Doyle wouldn't mind mcfadden to be honest but would only be a squad player though

I agree with most of what you said but tbh, I wouldn't want huddleston or beniyoun. To much wages

Darrenbhoy

Agree0 Disagree0

Ano mate the wages would be a major stumbling block for anyone coming up from the epl unless they where willing to play for medals playing in Europe and playing in front of the best support in the world.

The Dutch Bhoy all the way! He looks like a true gem and him and Wilson can be a killer duo. Van is going to be great on corners I think, he seems like a scoring threat, an offensive defenseman who is reliable not like Ambrose

Agree0 Disagree0

From what av seen the Big dutchy ain't afraid to have a crack at goal anyway

Agree0 Disagree0

Ambrose isn't as bad as people make out, Wilson was dire in his first season, let's forget about last season and look forward. Give efe another chance its the least he deserves after some of his cl performances

@ 26 June 13.32.
ED007 yes his wedding was in the Crowne Plaza Hotel across river from Science Centre. I worked in hotel as a Night Auditor (counting the hotel takings daily)
So YOU were the one the Duty manager and I threw out for being drunk about 12.30am lol.
seriously his pal Beattie was probably even more annoying and was close on a couple of times of being asked to leave.
McFadden's mother was a gem and apologised to all the hotel staff profusely for her son's behaviour. Timalloy {Ed007's Note - The free bar certainly got hammered that night!}

On their run to the 1972 Final they defeated the best France, Portugal, Italy and West Germany had to offer. The Final itself against Moscow Dynamo,

Just read this on a Rangers site a workmate had left open. Just goes to show the airbrushing of history is not a new thing surely the best these countries had to offer were in the European cup. so then as now second best would be more accurate

Believable0 Unbelievable0

They also very much forget that they didn't win the scottish cup and entered as runners up. This was the case for a lot of the entrants and led to the competition being disbanded as a bit of a joke. The fairs cities cup or UEFA cup as it became contained the top sides from each country apart from the champions who entered the elite competition.

Must be a big deal right enough because all you wangers canny stoap bleating about it. and if you finished 2nd in the Scottish and won the Europa league I'm sure you wouldn't celebrate it ay. aye didny think so.

Tam-Sir. 1873 loves a bit of reminiscing.

Keep dreaming Tim tam ;-) your old team is dead! The new 2012 club can only boast of 1 diddy trophy! Haha girfuy

Question for the bhoys. Of all the teams we beat on the way to winning the BIG Cup how many of them went on to win their respective leagues in season 1966-67? KOBXC 67
