just seen a post on the wake page about not spending anything in the asbestos arena.great idea,i hope we can spread the word and pull it off. not one pie/drink or bag of crisps should be bought.petty?..yes. effective?..deffo.they will feel it,so lets make sure.......green jhedi

And if the ball lands in the Celtic end keep hold of it and dont give it back lol

its a banter page FFS

@Lubo25; sorry but i remember the hearse,it and the wreaths sent by rangers fans.it actually might help gers fans out cos this is the strangest administration i have ever seen.so far;no cut backs,no pay offs, trying to bring cousin in,the fact they cant find whytes cash.i had dealings about ten years ago with a comp in admin and it was brutal.in the first three days o/time stopped, vehicles sold, all the older guys paid off and waited months for their money.duff n phelps are giving whyte an easy time from what i can see...........green jhedi

Agree4 Disagree1

Green Jhedi
i also remember they days very well bud. and also how David Murray lobbed the BOS to liquidate our club,100% agree Duff&Phelps are out of there depth in dealing with this administration and are fudging everything to pander swiss toni.there is more to come out and when it does it will be brutal and swiftly move to liquidations as cost cutting measures are not reducing any costs quick enough.another problem i do have is giving the Nimmo smith enqiry 2 weeks to pass on information to SFA , its fast tracking something that should be given as much time needed to find out ALL facts and wrong doings

Lubo25

Agree2 Disagree0

@Lubo25;i cont trust this nimmo smith nonsense either.it should be someone from another FA who knows the runnings of an FA.my gers fan mates reckon they would just like to know definitivly one way or the other so the re-build can start.seems lots of gers fans feel this way.i posted before that the HMRC admin team would be better for the fans,i just dont see how duff n phelps are taking so long.it all seems to suit whyte and that cant be right.........green jhedi

Agree2 Disagree0

Well after saturdays game its 22 days until there next home fixtures the lack of income during they days will be part of the reason i dont see the game on 25th march taking place, and even in that time the 2 contracts senario will have come out in the open and if true and proved as ilegal UEFA will step in and that really will be the end and 3rd division newco team if accepted SFA SFL will reamerge.the fall out from this will go on for years and it will make the juve senario look like a very minor story in world football

there is a lot worse heading there way in the next ten days

Dunfermline FC players and staff have only been paid 60% of their February wages. Fingers are being pointed at Rangers for the £80k they are due the Pars which underlines the fact that Scottish football is unsustainable without Glasgow Rangers FC!

i am a gers fan but want a celtic fans reaction to this {Ed007's Note - Dunfermline would have budgeted without Rangers income if there was no Rangers. This is just one more mess to lay at the door of the shambles Rangers have become. You're arrogance is absolutely astounding mate, Dunfermline have a budget, because of Rangers failures they are now in trouble, in other words if Rangers had paid their way, as any league member has to, Dunfermline wouldn't be in this situation. Don't try and make it out that this shows how important Rangers are, if there is no Rangers next season, clubs will adjust there budget accordingly and this problem won't arise. It's a pity your club couldn't have shown the same compassion to Airdrie over £30k that they are screaming out for now, does that not irk you? Do you ever watch a TV show called My Name Is Earl? You should try and catch it sometime......it might actually open a lot of Rangers fans eyes.}

Believable5 Unbelievable4

@ed007; great analagy with earl mate.i wonder how the players at dunfermilne feel about their chairmans grovelling statement about rangers now? this is the domino effect kicking in now,and another reason why if liquidated they must start at the bottom...........green jhedi

Agree5 Disagree1

Ahhhhhhhh karma edd,it`s a wonderful thing if your not from the darkside

Agree4 Disagree1

Who are this team called Glasgow Rangers?
please do answer deluded poster

as Ed has explained Dunfermline wouldve bugeted on cash income due from all games .however take out £85k from that budget thanks to devious dealings from a club that is day by day becoming a disgrace to not only scottish football but world football and they will struggle .i hope Dunfermline get help from the SFA over this and even a cash injection as it was not there fault.
real rangers fans will be disgusted by this happening to the Pars.

Lubo25

Agree4 Disagree1

How stupid is the first post he/she says scottish football needs rangers because dunfermline cant pay there wages in full but its because of rangers that that they cant how arrogant and disrespectful can you get and yet they complain that we didnt give them money ealy for tickets for the old firm game if anything the money should be spread out amongst the spl clubs that are due money from rangers although it will never happen anyway sorry for the rant bhoys i just cant believe the arrogance of some people

Ed a question…. If all this mess going over at ibrox(or imbrokx, ha(just thought of it)) and they are found guilty with the players registration and a link between them and the spl/sfa and what have you with cheating or doping of the trophies, not paying clubs, avoiding tax and they happen to get away with it without punishment, could Celtic and the other clubs in spl say that they will not play because of rangers special treatment to escape punishment? And threat to leave or not play a game until a change in management of the spl/sfa is done to fix the corruptness in the spl? Because the other spl clubs must be able to have a say in things for they were all cheated.

As well where did this jelly and ice cream saying come from? And what it does it mean? {Ed007's Note - Anyone who has done anything wrong will be suitably punished.}

A gers mate just called saying rangers administrators have found 6m in whytes lawyers client account. If this is true it gives some creedence to what my accountant told me regarding the end game.He reckoned whyte is playing poker with HMRC and would never liquidate until the results of the tax case were in,he also thought he would drip feed money to keep things crawling along till the result is confirmed.Defeat means liquidation,a win means a large lump sum and a reasonable payment plan for the balance. This would also explain his haste to attain administration status as that changes the rules, more so if you have sympathetic administrators(who maybie knew the plans before admin?)who have worked with you before. This also explains whytes apparent shyness in spending money,(cash piling for the lump sum?)and the need to trim the playing/coaching staff to reduce the "drip fed"money.Ijust find it strange it's taken so long to get into his account to check if there was rangers cash in it..............green jhedi

just heard through the grapevine that if ebt case goes rangers way all the rest of there troubles will dissapear....administrators will seek cva on behalf of creditors craig whyte being the majority stakeholder as well as creditor will be quids in no matter how this plays out ....b****cks to this he can legally start a newco as long as he is not directly named as a senior player ....were being stitched up again by the establishment i think

Believable0 Unbelievable5

Look at this guys history. This is what he does, working to the letter of the corporate law. This is called capitalism,if you have money then its now very hard to lose it.The only chance for justice is if there was a strong SFA to make sure sanctions were handed out,and full disclosure of a full investigation.I still think liquidation is his game plan but how will rangers fans take that? this is why div 3,new start must happen..........green jhedi

Agree0 Disagree0

Our troubles will never dissappear with whyte in charge even if(im dreaming i know) whyte wins tax case or very small payment , and cva to other parties involved , he can get to f@@k , our club was in trouble before i know but this knob has destroyed everything about us . i just hope that liquidation doesnt happen, we get a new owner/s pay our dues and crack on but then im dreaming again because whyte will only make serious money if we fold by selling assets. craig+babybear

Good 40 minute performance from a celtic youth player Denny Johnstone he scored scotlands only goal and had another few chances and decent shots on goal. Definately one to watch this boy. Hopefully he will be picked for the squad for the upcoming u17 euro championships to be staged in scotland in march. Anyway better go do some work

i,

I feel I have to write to have what I believe to be the truth behind what is going on at Rangers....

Call me a conspiracy theorist if you like, but there are three possibilites.....

1) Craig Whyte is a crook, he bought the club for £1, he promised 'Sir' David Musrray to pay off the debt, but used the Ticketus money, kept the balance in his own account, sold the Arsenal Shares and has f***d off to Monaco with the loot for himself !... or...

2) Poor Craig Whyte is a patsy, David Murray couldn't pay the tax bill sold the club to Craig knowing it was beyond redemption and let him mishandle it into administration!....or....

3) 'Sir' David Murray know the game was up, after several years of trying no one was willing to put in £50 million to Rangers, go to plan B. The tax man and the banks were breathing down their necks, so in cohoots with Craig Whyte they planned an inside job.

Step 1) Get Craig to rob the club of all assets for themselves, everything that isn't nailed down, sell the Arsenal share, sell the tickets, except the debt, then....,

Step 2) put the club into Administration.

Step 3 ) Face down the taxman ( are the really going to put a National Institution into receivership!)Hi,

I feel I have to write to have what I believe to be the truth behind what is going on at Rangers....

When faced with losing everything ( and ending a glorious history) the tax man and all the other debtors will accept 10p in the pound (at best) offered by the Blue Knights consortium of ex- rangers directors and friends of David Murray and tax dodgers....

Can the tax man call their bluff, well the stadiums in a different company's name so cant be touched and they can rent it to Rangers United in the morning for a very small fee...so suddenly the tax man isn't likely to get all their money !

Now replay all Craig Whyte's comments about this being in the best interest of the club, Rangers will be better for it and it all starts to make sense!

Its a 'lose lose' for the tax man, because CW and Co are all set to close Rangers down, their going to call the tax mans bluff !

Call me paranoid, but its just saved rangers 67.5 million squid....

Think
Now you might think I'm a tic fan being malicious, but you'd be wrong...
I just cant listen to Ally and other ex director and past manager acting all surprised and hurt like the fans....they have been working there for the last 10 years and getting their large salary and bonuses. The dog sin the street knew Rangers were broke 3 years ago !

The losers will be Scottish football, the Rangers fans, and the hospitals, schools and tax payers in Scotland.

So its time for some truth!

Believable2 Unbelievable1

Spot on its a conspiracy to avoid the tax due !
