So glad that there are so many successful people on here that give 100% to their employers every day without error. Or at least that's how it reads with some of the personal attacks on Efe Ambrose.
The guy wore the shirt with pride and no one can fault his effort and attitude.
Do people think he intentionally made mistakes?
Some comments don't sound very Celtic to me.
Good luck to the guy!

the guy is shite end of, if you don't do your job right you get sacked.

I never said he wasn't good enough and shouldn't be let go.
'Shite' and 'End of' makes you sound like one of the people!
The guys a human being.
Good luck to him.
and Good luck to you in your perfect existence jamesbhoy67.

I don't think Efe is that bad a player, he's just made far too many high profile errors. Physically he's there, decent on the ball too (when he first came in and was playing CDM he looked most comfortable actually) . Perhaps his concentration/ confidence is what's been lacking. Good signing for Hibs, we should save a few bob, nowts the matter.

Agree5 Disagree15

28 Feb 2017 14:41:08
i was born a celtic fan it doesn't get anymore perfect than that, there's no room for sentiment in football, if they're not good enough get shot of them, this isn't the salford sunday league this is celtic the biggest club in the world.

Agree18 Disagree5

28 Feb 2017 14:48:10
I agree with your theory jamesbhoy. Efe has tried his best, it hasn't been good enough, let him go and let's all wish him well wherever he ends up. HH.

Agree13 Disagree3

28 Feb 2017 14:53:53
Jamesbhoy think you are pushing it claiming Celtic are the biggest club in the world. Is that on size of stadium, turnover, profit, European trophies won, sponsorship or just in your head? It must be in your head as it's not on any of the others. Those are the type of comments that come from the deluded across the city. We are of course a big club but where do you think we stand compared to Barcelona, Real Madrid, Man united, Liverpool, to name just a few that are ahead of usThey unfortunately are on a bigger stage and a different level from Celtic. Certainly one of the biggest clubs in Europe but not the biggest in the world.

Agree1 Disagree14

28 Feb 2017 15:02:02
it comes from the support we have all over the world in the irish diaspora, you must be forgetting we were champions of europe, and are frequently invited all over the world.

28 Feb 2017 15:48:55
JB don't get you knickers in a twist . Celtic are the biggest club in the world to us, be others will think differently. As for Effe he is not the worst player we have ever signed, so he moves on and we wish him well .

Agree5 Disagree8

28 Feb 2017 15:56:08
haw you, you leave my knickers alone, you're spending to much time with they bearsden swingers cprs.

Is that JBhoy giving it tight to another Celtic player. It was Broony last week and Efe this week, must be that time of the month lads.

Agree2 Disagree11

28 Feb 2017 16:44:02
two of the biggest imposters ever to play for celtic.

Agree11 Disagree3

28 Feb 2017 16:58:22
Broony imposter? If so, explanation needed.

Agree2 Disagree8

28 Feb 2017 17:15:42
jamesbhoy, we were indeed champions of Europe but that was 50 years ago. Not every Irish person worldwide supports Celtic. and Ireland doesn't have a big population to begin with. You're kidding yourself, when we play on the European stage we are average at best. We are nowhere near the really big clubs in terms of money, stadium, fans etc. but if it makes you feel better to think we are, then go ahead. HH.

Agree3 Disagree9

28 Feb 2017 17:48:49
Efe gave what he could and I actually like the guy but as a defender he's a liability.

Wish him all the best but would also hold the door open for him to leave.

No idea why broony is getting a hard time I think he's been excellent this season.

Agree0 Disagree9

28 Feb 2017 18:33:57
I have cut down the amounts of comments I make because, I really cannot be interested posting on the same forum as so -called Celtic fans that can regard some of our players as shoite and imposters .
I cannot understand how a Celtic fan can list Liverpool in the same category as biggest club in the world as Barcelona, Manchester Utd and Real Madfid, sure L'pool no harm to them haven't won their domestic League in 30 yrs . We are a big successful club in our own right and with a widespread fan base all over the world.

Agree3 Disagree9

28 Feb 2017 18:58:54
Yes old bhoy but we are not the biggest club in the world. You are very welcome to join the deluded along with jamesbhoy who can only call anyone who asks him to qualify why he thinks we are the biggest club in the world panty wetters. God help him. No one is saying Celtic are not a succesfull club we are but even you can't argue we are the most succesful club in the world can you?

Agree0 Disagree7

28 Feb 2017 19:04:06
Think the argument could be summed by saying if celtic were in the epl and access to there riches, buyng better players then yes they would be one of the biggest clubs worldwide, theyd have better exposure and would prob have to expand paradise.

Agree5 Disagree1

28 Feb 2017 19:38:57
Can any of the five people who think Broony is an imposter give me a reason, genuine question.

Agree1 Disagree6

28 Feb 2017 19:53:38
thanks for bringing some sense into it mally, that's exactly the point i was making, we are one of the biggest clubs in the world without the riches the epl would bring, could you imagine the investors and sponsors that would bring, then we would be able to buy top notch players to play instead of players like ambrose who can't even head the ball back to his keeper and brown who runs about like a headless chicken thinking he's a plastic hardman, and i have never once said i berate players on the pitch, its time to show a bit of ambition now we have some dosh in the bank for a better class of player.

Agree8 Disagree2

28 Feb 2017 19:58:24
Love broony.

Agree5 Disagree6

28 Feb 2017 20:56:51
Jimtim don't take the bait. Anyone with half a brain knows how good Broony has been for us, especially this year. Efe does have limited ability but I do feel for the guy, he's not one of those players who hid or didn't try like Boeriggter, now that was a complete knob, a total waster as a player, no heart unlike Efe who I think gave all he had, it just wasn't enough ability wise.

Agree3 Disagree5

28 Feb 2017 21:38:43
Jamesbhoy so now we are not the biggest club in the world, we are only one of the biggest clubs in the world which was the point I made. Yes I can imagine how well we would do if we had spl riches but we dont. I would do great if I won the lottery but live in the present.

I am sure BR will spend the dosh in the bank as you say very wisely. By the way I do remember we were European champions, the point is we were, that was 1967. Does not really qualify us for worlds biggest club does it?

Agree2 Disagree5

28 Feb 2017 22:09:37
Jamesbhoy tell me who would you replace broony with since we have all this dosh in the bank?

Can you point out which games in particular this season he's been an imposter?

You've been asked the question 3 times but dodged it at every turn, is that coz you know you've been found out?

Just last week you prattled on about there being no room for sentiment or loyalty in football but your now talking about how we were champions of Europe 50 years ago?

Agree0 Disagree5

28 Feb 2017 22:15:27
Amborose time at celtic is up. He was a decent servant to the club. But inevitably if a cb makes a few high profile mistakes. There finished. If i remember right most people turned on efe after the juventus match. Izzy has made just as many mistakes but is still fairly well liked as his mistakes can occasionally be covered. Imo efe was to soft as a cb. didn't tackle hard enough. Bhoyata was pretty much a bombscare before xmas and few fans wanted to see him get another chance. Id guess many of those are now singing his name.

Agree1 Disagree1

Jamesbhoy has left the building. He got Broony mixed up with Scott Allen and sends his apologies. No harm done then, night night fella, sleep tight.

Agree3 Disagree8

Putting aside your personal opinion on players, they came here to play for Celtic because they looked good enough at the time and merited the signing. This made them an automatic member of the Celtic family and they should be given the respect that they are due. Good luck to Efe, it didn't work out for us in the end but it wasn't all bad and anybody who thinks it was is blinkered. We've had far worse players than him.

Agree3 Disagree1

Booing your own players is a disgrace imo, no wonder the guys confidence is shot to shit, thank god KT has has another good season or the muppet boo bhoys would have destroyed his confidence also. seem to remember johanssen getting it tight too, best fans in the world my arse.

Brown an imposter! Get a grip. The man's a warrior and served this club fantastically over the last 10 years. Jbhoy your off the ball there mate.

Il agree about brown its took a long time for me to like him as player. Yes he's a battler and never shitks a tackle but he has always need to add more to his game for me. IE passing could be better, going forward can be better and he has never really hut the heights of going into double figures with scoring goals. Rodgers has massively improved him this season and with injury free iv seen a totally different player from last couple of seasons.

Agree1 Disagree2

brown isn't my favourite player that much is true, but i was at the wind up which ed got when i sent a post saying "and don't get me started on dembele and tierney" the regular bhoys on here got that i was joking that's how not one of them posted during it, they knew it was a bit of fun i was having.
