Imo Lenny should have one game on the 26th May to save his job. Losing 7 and drawing 7 in a season in the SPL is totally unacceptable as a Celtic manager, in any other season we wouldn't be anywhere near the title, as for his domestic cup record over the last few years? abysmal. My fear is because it's Neil Lennon and he's one of us and he beat Barca he's un-sackable. Stevie

Missing Scott Brown's bite in our team badly. Really hope he's fit for the Cup Final!

Sometimes it is good to be beaten like that today as it allows all of us including the manager to realise that the squad players maybe apart from watt and rogic just aren't up to the standard. we need to be looking at moving McCourt rogne even kayal on and bring in a few fresh faces stokes should be given a new contract aswell. Players like gms, Russell, griffiths, and McFadden are tried and tested and could do a job for us with maybe one or two new foreign faces in aswell who knows!. One last thing I will probably take a pounding for this but I like the look of Shaun Hutchinson of Motherwell he is young and raw but he defends whole heatedly and is very brave anything is better than ambrose and rogne.

Chalky bhoy!

So what did we learn from today's game? We cannot tackle. a basic "given" in any league especially the SPL. For too long now we are not coming out of 50/50s with the ball. Today was obviously all about Motherwell but the disappointing thing is that Rogne, Rogic, Watt, Kayal and the like had a lot to play for. However, they didn't. Playing with desire and dedication is difficult (granted) when a league is wrapped up but Lennon's comments about other SPL player of the year candidates would have been like a red rag to a bull for anyone listening. The problem with saying such things is that you have to make sure that whatever team you put out lives up to the hype (IE no one would get in my team) and then an also-ran team run all over the top of us. It could have been 6 today for Motherwell. We will not go down as a memorable championship team because domestically speaking we have not been a class apart. Watt played like Forrest; Samaras and Hooper couldn't work out who was up top and Rogic played like a young Phil Mikeelson; he is 22 and huffs and puffs his way through games and looks hideously unfit. Not good today. NL why should we turn up to watch that rubbish. Very poor. Also, Mr Lennon if you are going to talk the talk best ensure that our team are prepared to go in where it hurts and walk the walk. One last point. What has happened to Victor Wanyama? A shadow of the player he was 6 months ago. Little wonder there is no talk of moving on; on this form who would have him?

Rangers are dead. Craig Whyte bought Rangers and closed them down. He then sold Chalres Green the new "The Rangers" (a new football club). Green thought he had shafted Whyte by buying Rangers on the cheap but he came to find out that he had bought a new football club. Rangers FC were in fact dead. On top of all that much to Mr. Green's horror, he discovered that Whyte. the very man he thought he had shafted, owns Ibrox, Murray Park and the car park adjescent to the stadium. So in accepting that he had been duped by Mr. Whyte, he high-tailed it back to the relative safety of England. Of course it's not over yet. In fact it's only beginning to get interesting.

Before I start let me declare. I was not in the least bit bothered about the score today, i'm old school and the leagues been won, but I was looking for some attitude from players who had come in.

In the first half we were in control of the game. Watt was busy and we looked like scoring. We even looked pretty comfortable at the back, well as comfortable that this team can look. Rogic was showing up and the midfield was functioning. But up front we were toothless again. Hooper in this deeper role does not work for me, and to ask Sammi to lead a line is laughable. Then after getting a goal, thanks to Watt's persistence and work rate, we throw one away in the last seconds of the half.

This goal showed what is wrong with our defence, no leader. Maybe if Wilson had been there we might have prevented it, but one touch took their player away from four defenders and Forster got done at his near post. A cardinal sin for a keeper. Second half was awful. Yes, the penalty was very soft, but it was technically a penalty and Mulgrew let the player get in behind him, again a basic of defending. As for Lustig? You have to wonder what on earth he was trying to do? Header it out for a corner, it is that simple.

However my main complaint was the players used. Mulgrew has been labouring for weeks. Sammi was never going to be interested in today's game. Izzy could also have done with some down time. Rogne seems to be half way out the door so why start him? But the worst was Lenny, again, sticking Paddy on! He will not be here next year, so why is he getting on ahead of youngsters? It makes no sense. It pains me to say it but Lenny has not covered himself in glory lately. Him, and the players, need to buck up for this Cup Final. Hibs will be well up for it, and as I said after the semi I have a feeling their name might be on the cup this year. green jhedi

You lot are sickening with your constant bull and bile you just want us dead and unfortunately we won't be doing that regardless of your silly and immature cries as we are on the way up and you lot will stagnate once your team fail to qualify for the champions league next season and all your world beaters are off at the end of August. oh and well done Motherwell and higdon lol.

our typical deady bear cousins on the other site don't even know the origin of their motto. Once again it's down to Bhoys to keep them right.

Ok, I've posted this two years ago. "Ready, Aye Ready" was the motto of the now defunct British Empire during Crimean war, Zulu war days and all that. The British empire is now defunct as nations became independent. The modern commonwealth has now surpassed it, with less than 10% of the countries that were in the Empire.

It's clear that around 1900s rangers "borrowed" unofficial part of the British Empire motto. "Ready" but they basterdised it on merchandise etc, to sometimes Aye Ready.

Obviously a bad luck motto for both the Empire and RFC.

Completely bullied and second to every ball in the second half. We are becoming very easy to play against.
Really think we need to cash in on someone like Wanyama as we need 3 or 4 new faces in.
PS. Please drop Mulgrew Lenny. The whole team have been dropped at some point this season apart from him.

Watching the game, facts are facts linesman hasn't got a decision right 65 min mark. If ever there was a group of officials who have never kicked a ball in there puff it is Norris & co, mc fadden for Celtic? You don't get to use your hands to pull the opposition about battling for a ball in a Celtic jersey, for me he would be no more than a player coming off the bench late on. Rather give mc geough rogic watt & a few other's game time, I wish mulgrew had been sent on holiday a month ago along with Sammi & FF. Mulgrew is out on his feet, Sammi back to lazy & sloppiness. Fraser foster appears un interested body language for weeks looks as though he would like to be any where except with us, all my opinions reached over recent weeks. HH AbS

Oh dear! Oh dear! The current bun showing pictures of protest banners from SEVCO game yesterday.
No mention of banners on radio yesterday nor in DR today.

Deady bears, you expect your protests to be publicized but the laptop loyal and MSM won't represent you. But you'll get plenty A££y McCostly sound bites to deceive the gullible. You protesting isn't the agenda. You parting with money IS the agenda.

The Commonwealth Games Organising Committee must have a legally binding contract with the owner of Ibrox for the use of the stadium during the games and and it would be watertight before they paid for the new screens. Surely they could tell who owns the place? As they are publicly funded, could a FOI request be raised so that taxpayers can see where their money is being spent?

Read in the paper this morning, that Lennon was looking at Fad of motherwell, surely neil has to look above faddy, I don't think he is good enough for celtic, ok he scores the odd goal, but overall he lacks the skill required for the CL, what does anybody else think,

I think we should try and sign some of the better players from teams getting relegated from the premier league. They won't want to play in the championship and realistically I think we would be able to attract them. Maybe not QPR players because of their wages, but maybe Le Fondre of Reading and possibly Figueroa, Kone from Wigan (if they go down). May not fit in with our recent transfer policy of buying young and developing players, but I think these would be within our price range and would do a job for us.
