Now big Sam is out on his arse I wonder how long it will take the MSM to have BR as the favourite for the job.

Believable1 Unbelievable3

27 Sep 2016 21:35:26
He was the bookies favourite even after he took our mangers position.

27 Sep 2016 21:37:51
Id think steve bruce is a shoe in for that job now jon.

It's Joey Barton's to lose.

Agree1 Disagree1

27 Sep 2016 21:59:27
Me to Bhoywonder, not saying there is any chance he would take the job but you know the media up here like to talk crap and try to upset our squad when things are going well.

Agree0 Disagree1

27 Sep 2016 21:22:18
I thought it was the natural move for the magic prat.

Agree1 Disagree1

27 Sep 2016 21:22:48
Didn't u hear John it's the magic hat who's the favourite for it according to the half wits in the media up here! Must mean he's a better manager than BR eh! They'll do anything for a story these clowns!

Is Ronny not in for it? lol.

i think ranieri will be offered it. i think he'd be mad not to take it. i can see Leicester struggling big time this year.

Agree1 Disagree1

28 Sep 2016 14:23:42
I was joking Norwegianred i wouldn't wish Ronny's boring tactics on anyone but i might make an exception for england lol.

Agree4 Disagree1

28 Sep 2016 17:27:39
Eddie Howe is a good shout (not that I really care) . Ranieri may have trouble balancing the league with CL but Leicester looking ok in Europe, can't see him going anywhere. Good shout on Barton who came up in my opinions with the comments he alledgedly made to Halliday in training incident.

Guys looking for some value bets in our game tomorrow, I genuinely think we will score at least once, so here are 3 decent bets and my reasons.
All goal scorers in 90 minutes
Scot Sinclair 7/ 2 ( any penalty he will take and also in good scoring form)
Sviatchenco 20/ 1
Simonivic 22/ 1
Our goal/ goals may come from corners/ set pieces.

Believable0 Unbelievable7

27 Sep 2016 21:16:09
Tim why do you think Sinclair will take penalty when Dembele and griffiths are first and second choice?

Agree2 Disagree2

27 Sep 2016 21:31:01
It seems to be Dembele or Sinclair who take the penalties from what I have seen and I vaguely recall Griffiths saying that he was not taking penalties after his last miss.

Agree2 Disagree1

28 Sep 2016 14:27:50
i think both would probably give it to sinky to help him on his way to the record, that's if he hasn't scored himself already. Here's hoping!

ED007 just saw that your charity figure is now at Β£635 I bet youur family are pleased with that.
Just a wee word of caution if you get a begging letter from a Mr D King just ignore it lol.

Believable2 Unbelievable0

{Ed007's Note - I know mate, it's fantastic. King has got no chance of getting any money out my wife - bigger and braver men than him have tried.}

28 Sep 2016 08:22:52
Not an advisable move. Even if he changes into a hard hat reinforced with titanium rods.

Even then though.

Cant believe what iv just read, 'Warburton Ahead of Rodgers for England job' πŸ˜‚on the Dreary Record site, how desperate are these scavengers to even come up with this pish, its shocking, then SSN putting BR front and centre askin if he was involved, i'm utterly sick of them, 😲 parasites trying to hang on to the coat tails of our Great manager, and tryin to add a bit of smear to him. Scum to the very bitter core.

Believable3 Unbelievable0

27 Sep 2016 19:14:09
Perhaps that's because BR isn't interested. Did BR not have some sort of talks with the EFA? Bit of help from an Ed here perhaps? I'm not saying he was offered the job, but did he not also come out with the 'I've got my dream job here' line?

Agree1 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - Rodgers wanted the England job (or the Valencia job) and had spoken to the FA but wasn't prepared to wait once the chance to manage Celtic came up.}

27 Sep 2016 19:34:16
Jabba traynor and his cronies probably had a whip round and stuck all theoney on Warburton to slash his odds they are that desperate for a good news story. LMAO.

Agree0 Disagree0

27 Sep 2016 20:01:46
Warbs is on the verge of becoming available, so that will influence things.

The only person who wants Mark Warburton to become the next England manager more than Mark Warburton, is Dave King.

Joey Barton, with the bread hat 🎩 his assistant is my shout for the job.

27 Sep 2016 21:23:44
Much obliged Ed.

Every job that ever comes up Glenn Hoddle is in there at about 10/ 1.

Toastie Loafs place in world football is 100% been classified. He is a Scottish 2nd or English 3rd Tier Manager.

No chance he will even be vaguely considered for this. These rumours are just to raise his stock - "Warburton, considered for the Engerland job recently said, "

And BR is just nonsense too - the want an Engerlish Man - and he's fae NI for one reason - if you don't need any other.

28 Sep 2016 19:38:07
Toastie loaf lol πŸ˜†.

Gordon starting against City don't know whether to laugh or cry, lesser of the two evils I suppose.

Stevie-it's a no brainier man-I've yet to see Doris stop a shot πŸ€.

Agree5 Disagree2

27 Sep 2016 19:21:54
I'm delighted JFP, Gordons got his faults but he's by far a better keeper than Doris. Saying that I think Ian Andrews and Carl Muggleton were better keepers than Doris.

Agree0 Disagree1

27 Sep 2016 19:36:09
On his day Gordon is a great shot stopper. However he is prone to mistakes and his nerves are shot to hell ATM. Still glad he is starting ahead of de Vries.

Agree0 Disagree0

27 Sep 2016 19:45:15
Hi Stevie-three things about keepers that the fans seem to have pure dead forgot (1) Gordon is only 33 (2) bad keepers aren't sold for Β£9m and (3) we ain't seen jack sh**t from ball at his his feet Doris. So me is delighted anaw as well tae brother πŸ€.

Agree1 Disagree5

{Ed007's Note - Didn't Mignolet cost Liverpool Β£9 or Β£10 million? And he's one of the dodgiest 'keepers in Europe.}

28 Sep 2016 14:33:25
Before anyone has a go at Gordon AGAIN did u watch the goalkeepers last night in the CL. Most if not all were shocking and that Real Madrid keeper practically throw in 1 of the goals, he is terrible.
These teams can afford 10-20 m to pay for a keeper so what chance have we.

28 Sep 2016 16:02:56
JFP everyone remembers CG was a 9m gk but did that same club not release him on a free?

From what I've seen of Doris and CG both keepers are poor imo and I would like to see us bring in a no1 as neither are celtic quality.

It's funny all the CG fans that are emerging all of a sudden don't mind them being too vocal when he was playing and constantly making mistakes πŸ€”.

I see big tattie heid bumping his gums about us again. It's comments like his that should steel us for City and have us pull off a result. Their not unbeatable and let's not forget, we are at home with a buzzing crowd behind us, the same crowd that cheered on when we beat Barca, AC Milan and Man U to name but a few who came to fortress paradise and left defeate
Souness is nothing but an angry man with a permanent rage, ideally suited to be a mouthpiece for the knuckledraggers.
