Maybe not time for the debate yet but as far as I am concerned Murderwell will fold like a deck of cards against the sevconians, sending them up with the usual worldbeater attitude that bestows most of their knuckledragging followers. What do you fellow bhoys and ghirls feel about the strong possibility that the newest club in Glasgow will be up in our league? Personally, I have no time for the shoite that goes with the game against them and feel they should have been wiped out after all their cheating and debt dodging but other Celts I have spoken to recently are relishing them coming up again saying Celtic need the challenge. What do you all think?

Yeah we do need a challange but it won't be from sevco. That's for sure.

Sorry I just stopped going to the old co games long time ago and I can't see me changing my mind with new Co to much nonsense for me I will just be a arm chare supporter on those days

There is another side that came along with the ( old Firm ) game at the time, and if they come up it may well return.

The increase of violence within homes across the city. not nice but very true.
There will be a lot of very very very worried people hoping Sevco do NOT get the promotion they are looking for.

27 May 2015 22:39:45
I certainly won't be looking forward to meeting Sevco 4 times a season. At the outset on the pitch it won't be too bad . Sevco won't be able to match Celtic on the playing field for some time . No doubt , the match officials will from the outset do their best to bridge the difference in class. Unfortunately the authorities will give the referees a blank cheque to do their want and the MSSM will turn a blind eye, and will prefer to create a story about a Celtic star wanting out .

Well. ' Well didn't disappoint tonight . I was delighted to see Mick McManus score .
I thought Pearson ran the show , hopefully they will complete the job on Sunday .

What does everybody think about Scepovic's future? He showed again yesterday that if he plays he will get the goals. I think it's fairly obvious that he must not have the best attitude or put enough effort into training for RD's liking but if anyone can get the best out of him it is RD. From what I've seen it seems he definitely has the talent but maybe not the desire to make the most of it.

Believable2 Unbelievable0

26 May 2015 22:54:57
I would give him another season. I think he is a confidence player and the start of his Celtic career was somewhat halted by Guidetti's early season form. I don't think Guidetti was planned just a last minute thing and his confidence never really picked up from there. Griffiths got his chance and took, fair play to him but Scepovic has something a bit different and I think he could still do a job for us.

Agree2 Disagree0

26 May 2015 23:12:41
i don't think desire is the right word,he's got the talent and the ability but maybe he's not being used in the right way,i mean how many games has he played since he came?,the same with griffiths, how many games have guiedetti and stokes played,i wish rd would use the training games to find his best formation instead of chopping and changing and using the league games as trial matches.

Agree1 Disagree1

27 May 2015 00:37:07
Kevbhoy it's hard to know what to think . He finally looked the part in our very last game . Is he a fair weather player, and can't stand the wet and cold of the Scottish winter? There were reports of him arriving late for training and not putting his head down and working in training to the last couple of weeks . I suppose Deila will get some of the answers from the third week in June until the last week in August . Hopefully if Deila has decided in August not to keep him , Lawwell will get him sold .

Deila's insistence in very hard work every day for 90 mins and lifestyles that he demands off players , may not go down well with every player. Maybe Scepovic has finally got the message .

Agree0 Disagree0

27 May 2015 00:43:19
@aindoh Desire is the right word if he isn't giving his best in training or at least working as hard as Ronny wants him to. Of course there could be another, more tactics related reason as you say. Either way I think he has something to offer and would like to see more of him next season if he stays.

Agree0 Disagree0

27 May 2015 08:55:02
He's had 4 starts with 6 goals that's not too bad when u consider that guidetti has had 19 starts and scored 8 goals we can't judge a player on 14 , 10 mins of a game he has a better recored than balde and pukki . I'd be happy with him ,Leigh and one other striker brought in with a youngster as 4 choice

Agree1 Disagree0

27 May 2015 19:09:45
I personally would look to move him on! For me he's shown nothing that makes me think he's the quality striker we require! Granted he's not had a run of games, but why is that? Obviously not showing the desire and attitude in training! And remember he turned us down in favour of a move to Getafe at the last minute only to perform a u-turn when it transpired they'd reached the maximum of their salary cap!

Agree0 Disagree0

27 May 2015 22:30:47
Aindoh, I don't think any manager would consider that he was chopping and changing when he is changing one or two attacking players every other game .
Successful managers like to have continuity in selection in the back five positions . Deila through injuries was forced to change his right back oftener than he would have liked . However his two midfielders became settled with Biton and Brown , so Deila had a solid 6 players , playing regularly . The front four positions have to work exceptionally hard for Celtic and it can be no surprise that he changes some attacking personnel from game to game .

Agree0 Disagree0

28 May 2015 10:21:23
TBH I think he played the last game and is now "apparently" part of RD's plans for no other reason than to ensure we get back the money we paid for him, at very least when he is sold this summer. Would not be suprised if the same tactic is being used to get a larger fee for VVD

haha, sorry I asked ed007. :D

{Ed007's Note - {Ed007's Note - It's a looonggg story min venn, basically a company called Sevco bought the putrid carcass of Rangers (stadium, training ground etc) after their liquidation and launched The Rangers International Football Club who were granted membership of the SPFL and were shoehorned into our lowest league in 2012.

Collins dictionary has it listed as:

Definition of Sevconian - A fan of the now defunct Rangers Football Club.

The Urban Dictionary:

Sevconian - A Person usually bald and toothless who has been consumed with bigotry and lies and is commonly ignorant to the facts and truth. They believe Glasgow Rang*rs still exist even though they have been liquidated and assets bought over by Charles "Chuckles" Green.

27 May 2015 00:18:58
Ah, ok I checked it up on Google, and I got some part of the story so I understand why the name. BTW, very good norwegian ed007, very good min venn! Google translate, or do you have some kind of relations with Norway?

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - You're better keeping away from the whole subject, it stinks. I picked it up from someone I was speaking to on Sunday, merr drike and ser pa puppene/rumpa pa henne :=D (I did have to check the spelling for that one.)

27 May 2015 00:23:04
And EUFA apparently says they are the same club. If that is the case then all the creditors whe provided a service to Rangers Football Club should be paid in full. Can't have it both ways. Looooonnng discussed subject but now it's been raised again (relegated to lowest tier in Scottish football etc. not so. elected is different entirely). I'm afraid Motherwell don't try and the undead get back up. It's worth the financial loss not to go through all that bigotry crap again. in my opinion anyway

Agree3 Disagree0

27 May 2015 14:50:56
I am sure you will see a different Motherwell against rangers,I'm not saying they will win but it won't be for the lack of effort. My reason for this is that stuart(Rangers fan) McCall won't be in charge, his tactics and team selection was there for all to see against them. For me not once did he send a team out to beat them,so IMO mother well will be better prepared.killy.

27 May 2015 15:45:03
haha, just saw that video. Fantastic! And cudos for your norwegian ed007, its not a easy language to learn. We do have three more letters in our alphabet, ÆØÅ, who makes the whole deal much more complicated. So the word "on" is written "på". So you say; Drikke mer å se på puppene og rumpa på hu dama der" Drink more and check out the ass and t*ts on that girl over there. But very well done.
Its a complicated matter as you say, and if they want to be called Rangers (sorry for the bad word) they would be gone once more, I know see more of what you guys are talking about.

{Ed007's Note - I don't think I'll be getting a job as a translator just yet lol I warned you to stay away from the Sevco story, did you have nightmares after reading about them?}

27 May 2015 16:29:19
haha, think you did very well mate, keep up the good work.
well, it takes a bit more for me to be having nightmares but it really opened my eyes on the matter. So if I wasnt a thrue Hoops fan before, i'm more of it now!

Bhoys, I don't mind if Sevco come up or not. When they have to face Aberdeen, Dundee and Dundee Unt they will struggle anyway. King is not going to give them a £15 mill warchest for players. They have got problems with Mike Ashley and he won't lie down for anyone so they have trouble enough in generating profit. They will be loss making for years so hope King has deep pockets. Still to bring Ibrox up to standard, needs scouting, needs backroom needs everything. Bring them up and see them finish 4th or 5th, who cares. By tyhe way, good looking girl!

Here we have to teams that is great enemies, My hometeam Strømsgodset and their neigbours Mjøndalen. (Martin Ødegaards home team)
It cannot be compared with your history against each other, but in '89 one of Mjøndalens best players where sold to Strømsgodset and didn't go down that good. He got five death treaths in two days, a letter was sent to his house with pictures of childrens heads cut off in it with a letter stating he would be shot during the next training.
Mjøndalen got relegated that season and has been down in third ans fourth level since.
I remember the games against Mjøndalen and the share passion of the fans for those games, how much we loved to beat them and how horrible it felt getting beaten by them.

I guess after what I know from history (not much) that your relationship or lack of it is a lot different than our story, but wouldn't the share joy of getting them back up and kicking them (even if its not the same) even in four/five games a season, give you a hell lot of confidence? Would some of the exitement of the league come back, even if its not the same?
Please don't shoot me down on this one, I know there is a difference between Norway and Scottland come to politics and religion (is this also a case?) but those kind of games really do make more passion to the league?
Thats all I got really, i'm still able to post. right? :)

I see Brondby want to keep Pukki but claim Celtic want £3m that they originally paid for him, surely the club should cut their losses if they do not want Pukki back and accept say £1m for him, it gets him off the wage bill and frees up another place.

Lawwell has surprised us before by getting far more for players than us fans thought
That's one of the reasons he gets the big end of a million every season .

It's going be hard to get the required selling price this season as Euro is very weak against sterling .
On the other hand this favours Celtic whilst buying Europeans ,
