Not sure if the Timothy Weah rumours are true but seem strange to me if they are as the guy is an out and out winger. I mean a proper touch line hugger. He obviously caught the eye when we played them twice last season in the CL youth league. Don't get me wrong the guy is a real talent but not really what we are in need of. Would hate to think the loan signing of an 18 year old winger would hamper the progress of Mikey Johnston for example. I guess we'll need to wait and see.

An 18 y. o. bhoy is malleable. rodgers probably fancies him at CB.

He played on the left wing in both games against our u19 bhoys last season. From what I have seen he tends to play left wing mostly and occasionally on the right but rarely as a centre forward. BR might very well see him as a CF but it ain't where he plays most of his football.

Mikey Johnston has scored 3 goals in 2 games as a centre forward. He's still a winger.

Mikey Johnstone might be more use in the middle, i think he has played there, also maybe Ralston, could be converted into a rampaging centre forward, think he might have the necessary attributes.

Happy Christmas Tim Ed and the usual troops! Mind years ago my old gran took me and my sisters to her chapel for midnight mass! What an eye opener that was we were nearly hiding under the pews the pub emptied along the road at half 11 and a think they thought it would be a great idea to go there.

Midnight mass was an institution when I was growing up in Stewarton. More often than not, I’d spend half of it queuing to get into the toilet which was nowhere near adequate to cope with the crowd who had emptied out the pub after about 10 pints and a few haufs. The collection must’ve been colossal as it’s scientifically proven that sobriety and generosity are inversely proportional. Hope yous all have good Christmas. HH.
