Really don't know why McGregor get such a hard time on here and in general , the boy tries his best in every position he is asked to play and is still young and learning his trade , he has great energy and his passing is good, as is his positioning and tracking back, he also chips in with the odd goal, he will never be world class but is a very good squad player and the boy came through the ranks at Celtic and is a fan too, should we not be encouraging these type of players?

Spot on bud, he's a useful squad player who can play a few positions. A think it's easy to criticise Scottish players because we half expect them to fail. Unless they fly out the traps like kt, they seem to have a period of grace before the daggers start to fly. Maybe a wee bit of appreciation wouldn't go a miss for players who give their all. Saying that the gladbach miss was a shocker.

he's mediocre.

Passing is questionable, but I'd keep him as he does have good a burst of energy when coming off the bench

Bond how did you get on with the build mate? ;)

Believable0 Unbelievable1

{Ed007's Note - I didn't get a chance today mate, I've got the house to myself tomorrow and I'll get it ready for tomorrow night's game.}

25 Jan 2017 09:35:55
There's a sky q build with dc sports works fine for me

do share please bhoys :)

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - No worries, WB. Wullie used to be a regular poster on here and I ended up talking to him on Twitter the other week and then the other night I noticed he had his own KODI build. From what I can see it'll also suit all the firestick users:

ED is there any structure to this Bojan rumour or is it just constructed bulltash? If the deal was right I'd like to see him sign. However I can't really see Bojan being a player who would like a strict regime. Or even more so a cold night in Dingwall.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed007's Note - As long as Stoke stick to their Β£12m asking price I can't see it.}

25 Jan 2017 11:43:02
Do you know how long Bojan's contract still has to run? Is it possible we could get him on loan to cover that time with option to buy after that?

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jan 2017 19:23:40
Would rather keep and play Christie much better player than mcgregor and bitton. Bit of a strange loan deal.

Believable2 Unbelievable0

24 Jan 2017 19:39:29
Agreed RG96-I was surprised and very dissappinted with the decision to loan out Christie too. He's looked livelier and been more creative than McGreggor and Biton welded together. My only hope is that by loaning out Ryan and Ajer Rodgers is loaning out players he ultimately has high hopes for but feels he can't meet their development needs at this moment in time and they're better getting games elsewhere. πŸ€

JPF

That was my thinking but in all honesty who do you see Christie replacing?

For me he needs to pick a position and stick to it. I think he sees himself as a striker but is he better as a number 10 or out on the wing?

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jan 2017 21:37:17
Niall-I think he could play either up front or as a no.10. Is he better than what we've got? Upfront probably not but he's a young lad with bags of potential for me. Is he better than our no.10 options? Again-probably not but Rogic hasn't proved yet he has the engine for 90 minutes and cuurenlty injured so there is a role there for Christie for me, πŸ€

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jan 2017 21:58:02
I'm sure BR will have the position he wants him to play sorted out. If the loan is anything like Ajers he will have agreed to be trained in the position Brendan sees him in while at Aberdeen? I agree though big fan of Christie. Could do to build his strength. Never really had any bad things to say about his performances from the bench or starting! Him and Ajer will play a big part in Celtic eventually. I hope.

Agree1 Disagree1

24 Jan 2017 22:41:20
Ed av already kind of asked this, but say it's been agreed they'll play certain positions, what powers do we have to enforce it? The reason I ask is cos although I trust Lee Clark, i don't trust mcinnes at all. Can we recall them or are they stuck there till the end of the agreement.? Cheers

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - Clubs will do what's agreed as part of the deal, McInnes will play Christie in one of his natural positions.}

24 Jan 2017 23:30:46
No sure if a sent that last post ed or hit close too soon. Anyway the jist was, if Aberdeen or killie don't play the loan bhoys in the position Rodgers wants can we recall them? A think ajer will be OK but am a bit worried about mcinnes's coaching abilities n the damage he might cause to christie's development.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - Why would they loan players and then play them out of position? Playing regularly for Aberdeen is better for Christie's development than sitting on our bench.}

24 Jan 2017 22:44:17
Hopefully helps the sheep pip Sevco to second spot? πŸ˜€

24 Jan 2017 23:13:17
Hoped this was a rumour, great player and like you say better than both Bitton and McGregor.

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jan 2017 23:55:37
What if they're of the opinion that the bhoys suit a different position. They'd surely rather suit their own agenda than rodgers

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - Killie needed a CB and got Ajer, Aberdeen needed to replace Maddison and got Christie. I can't see McInnes play him at RB just to try and damage a Celtic player's progress.}

25 Jan 2017 00:21:50
Haha a didn't mean that but a take your point.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - McInnes wants 2nd place this season. I know an Accies scout who knew McInnes back in the day that spent some time with him recently and it's all he spoke about. Whether that's to show he would be capable of being TRIFC manager is anyone's guess....

25 Jan 2017 01:17:15
That would be ma guess mate. If warbs doesn't get 2nd place am pretty sure whoever beats him to it will succeed him.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - Even if he gets second I'll be surprised if he's there next season, a new manager will be the ST selling point and Warbiola knows the EL qualifiers - if they're participating - will be a busted flush.}

Ed33 - the auld boy would have got paid out fae Corals if 'Ragers then-Ragers now' Union Jack πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ had been working there! Same flies-but a different legal jobby πŸ€

Agree2 Disagree0

{Ed033's Note - If people don't know, i don't upload the images, i just post to say that an image has been uploaded by someone.

24 Jan 2017 19:01:23
What happened with that case did Corals win?

Agree0 Disagree1

{Ed007's Note - There's not been a decision yet mate, I think I saw the guy on twitter covering it say the judge will decide in 4 weeks.}

24 Jan 2017 19:17:52
I ain't no feckn lawyer but it's a no brainer-they weren't relegated they feckn died. If you were relegated you go down to the next division. They were banished to the arse end of the world to feckn start again! πŸ€

24 Jan 2017 19:48:10
Banished or leniently let back in, they died all the same. The old boys a chancer

24 Jan 2017 20:57:22
Steph-probably leniantly let back in-but either way not banished long enough and the arse end of the world wasn't feckn far enough away πŸ€

24 Jan 2017 21:22:03
Thanks Ed Wonder if the SFA will make a statement if the old boy does not win?

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - I doubt it.}

24 Jan 2017 23:17:29
Coral have so far not mentioned the "L" word because coral is Ladbroke who sponsor the league imo

24 Jan 2017 22:32:27
@JFP88 - I've a funny feeling the old guy will win. Its the final leg of the punters treble. Brexit, Trump and confirmation of the biggest sporting conundrum ever - Rangers Then, Rangers etcπŸ˜‰πŸ˜

Agree0 Disagree0

25 Jan 2017 00:51:20
It's only a conundrum in your head.

Agree2 Disagree0

25 Jan 2017 13:23:55
Union Jack-you'd have got some odds on Brexit, Daft Donald being elected and your new club wining the league before going bust again πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§

This bojan talk is a bit messed up. Does Any1 really think we could sign him transfer fee signing fee and wages. would love it but seems very doubtful. I imagine epl teams will want him too

I read Stoke want 12m. My guess would be he's on 40-50k a week. I honestly think that sort of money could be much better spent.
