I was listening to Radio Snyde last night (I know I will ask priest for penance lol) but heard a couple of things which surprised me.
Firstly the long awaited chairman's report wil be published AFTER Saturday's game, Why then?
Also Guidi supposedly quoting "sources within club" saying that a sponsorship deal has been done to rename the ground ("millions involved")
Thirdly again Guidi saying "there may still be some bad news also" he states that club may not be able to raise finance promised.
It all sounds gobbledegook to me, first "millions" coming in and in same sentence they "may not be able to raise promise finance"
So which is it? Buy your lottery ticket now.

@ Timalloy! First of all some of the dead just can't take the joke on the zombie page m8! Seen you having to explain to them lol! Seriously now, read various different theories, but the most probabal is they are waiting till after Saturdays game to see 1 if they win and get three points and 2 then announce volentary admin so as to take the points deduction now then clear the way for their new finances when promoted at the end of the season! Meaning they are pre verbally " playing the system"

Would I be right in saying this would allow them to sack/get rid of all the over paid / over hyped under acheivers? Get rid of the high wage bill, clear debt and come out afresh as the more serious money comes in with a reduced running cost?

I know it might not be in the rules but NO club should ever be allowed to get promotion and be in administration.It goes against everything that sport represents.

I think your statement is a bit more bizarre than rayman's DN30, so you think I'ts ok to be treated in the same way as a club that pays it's debts rather than one that goes into admin every time they feel like it?

@bigrab no, I dont. Personally I think they should never of been allowed to play in the professional leagues again. Gretna were not allowed to reform and start back in 3rd division, why should they? Does that answer your question?

Saying that a team should not be allowed promotion is ridiculous. What does that achieve? It just causes problems with the rules. And anyway are you really that bothered if that mob get promoted or not? Cause i'm not. They are a thing of the past and justice is a dish best served cold and I can't see SFA being as lienant in punishment this time round

If they do go into Admin 2 I wonder what argument they will put up.
Argument 1 We are a NEW club therefore only 15 points deduction as per new rules
Argument 2 We are the SAME club and are happy to take a 25 point deduction for 2nd administration.
Argument 3 We are happy to take any points deduction as long as you do it now and we start in championship with no handicap, debt free.
Argument 4 As we are Rangers we should not be deducted any points at all, and should be allowed to manipulate rules as we see fit.

DN30, I do not want this sham act to get anywhere near the Premiership. This rotten institution should have been buried back in 2012, not allowed to write off millions in owed monies to small businesses and carry on as if nothing had changed. Even the Easdale guy was gibbering on about 140 years of history in his dodgy statement earlier. What history? This whole sevco thing smells as fishy as Peterhead Harbour.
So in answer to your question, the only thing I care about is this mob don't get away with murder for the second time.

BigRab, mate i'm the same. When they do go into administration, its obviously a cost-cutting exercise to get rid of big earners. The SFA should of expelled them 1st time round and gave a team like spartans the chance to compete in leagues. i'm hoping SFA realise they are taking the piss and get shot of them. i'm sick of them and their antics.

Interesting points and I have to agree that they got away with it once and should not be allowed to a second time. can't pay debts and again running into serious problems yet sally still talks about adding to the playing staff. I notice on BBC website that Easdale mention going into administartion once and does not want it again. forgot to mention the liquidation part of that little episode. Just can't face up to the facts eh?

@DN30 what's bizarre? what's the point in playing? Well what's the point in playing if any team can buy who they want, pay them what they want to get results to get to the top only to go into administration if that's not cheating I don't know what is. Strange you defendin them, you know my thoughts on which team you support lol.

@rayman every league is a competition. Doesn't make sense saying any team can't be promoted for whatever reason. If you had said they should not be allowed to play in any cup tournaments, I would of agreed with you.

End of the day, SFA made a mess of the whole situation. If gretna were expelled, then so should of that mob.
