Wonder what ridiculous ban the beaks will come out with this time Lenny swears and gets a three match ban but the rangers cheat for years lie about Ahmed Whyte green all in it together then have an inhouse investigation to spill more lies and what do the sfa do absolutely nothing give them a license even though there is no accounts disgusting if u ask me

Duff & Phelps have been cleared of Misconduct and conflict of interest over their handling of the administration/liquidation of rangers. This despite David Grier giving financial advice to Agent Whyte during and after his takeover of the dead club. Grier worked in another department of the company.
Is this once again more bad news for sevco fans? It proves one thing that we all knew, Agent Whyte knows exactly what he is doing. Despite chuckles portraying him as a fool, this is Whyte's business, this is what he does. Regardless of how you feel about the business Whyte is involved in, the whole exploiting of company law and liquidation process, he does seem to be good at it.
This now puts the investigation into the Green-Whyte link firmly in the spotlight. Does anyone think Whyte, who has been doing this for years and has taped numerous conversations with Green, would leave a loophole for him to get stiffed? Me neither. green jhedi

Anyonr seen this Admir Adrovic we have been linked with? Looking at the stats for him and they make good reading. Problem is it's the montenegran league, but there national team is pretty strong and he is on the verge of a call uo (supposedly). Just looking for any more info.

Hi Ed and all, just came across this one on my phone. Its an old statement so you may have seen it.
UEFA Statement.
"Clubs are not allowed to change their legal form or structure in order to obtain a licence, simply by 'cleaning up' their balance sheet while offloading debts - thus harming creditors (including employess and social/tax authorities) as well as threatening the integrity of sporting competition. "
"Any such alteration of a club's legal form or structure is deemed to be an interruption to its membership of a UEFA member association and, consequently, three years must pass before a club can apply again for a UEFA licence. In other words, the three-year rule is designed basicallu to avoid circumvention of the club licencing system. "
"If a club sets up a new company simply to avoid paying its debts or obligations then they would almost certainly fail the three-year club rule [for obtaining the required UEFA licence]. This is to ensure clubs do not simply create a 'newco' and leave the previous entity in charge of dealing with debts. "
