It's far too early to discuss the impact that Gordon Strachan will have on the Scotland set up. I like many believe he is handicapped by a lack of quality in the squad.

That said I felt a lack of professionalism and basic awareness from the manager and his back room staff contributed to last nights defeat.

I refer to the sending off of Robert Snodgrass. I thought Snodgrass should have been substituted when he received his first yellow card. From that point the second card was an accident waiting to happen.

Snodgrass is a player who gives his all. However the blue mist descends fairly regularly and he does cross the line with some of his challenges.

Strachan should have saved the player from himself and took him out of the game long before he was sent off.

Well done TRFC. A home 0-0 draw aginst a team who are currently 7th in league. I always believe in giving credit where due. A new club managing a result like this must surely be the headlines this week. Looking forward to seeing this registered in the record books (Hey Ed, sarcasm is not banned)

Ed, when I try type Sev. co when I post the comment and read it when it is posted, it's changed to Rangers, has Ed 39 done an auto correct or something? What a sad wee man if it's true. I don't take much to do with The Rangers/Sevco site except reading it and laughing at them.

Watched the The rangers game today with my wee Godson who at eight has just developed an interest in football. After the first half that was it for him! He slunk away to mess about with the PC. To be fair they did have a few players out, the usual under performing suspects, but it truly was awful to watch.

On sneaky ally. If he can't see that his team were, for the most part, outplayed then he has reached an unprecedented level of denial. He started with the boy Hemmings up front. Four goals in seven for Cowdenbeath on loan. Really poor here, is it the fact that sneaky ally refuses to play with two up? I would assume templetim would have made a difference, but who knows? Stirling, to their enormous credit, were calm and played from the back whenever possible.

Lastly. How embarrassing for mculluoch to throw himself to the ground at a corner to try and steal a penalty in the last minute! Make no mistake here folks, Stirling should have had at least two goals. When's that 25 year contract due to be signed chuckie?. green jhedi

FORZA STIRLING ALBION! lol, Really happy for them I watched the game (Reduced to it as there was no other football on) And Stirling played them off the park, Looked like the only team who had a goal in them, well done Stirling, whom on the darkside banter page were labeled (The Worst team in Britain) I am sure they are Undefeated against Rangers? So Norwich fan here it's funny how a few months are in January we was being slagged of for not having the funds for hooper and tonight we get ricky can wolfswinkle for 8.5m which in Portugal is reported to be all paid tonight so Norwich did have funds I guess they just didn't value hooper at 7m+ up front. Personally I would love Norwich to make a statement and get hooper and sell holt and Jackson. Also Celtic forget Jordan Rhodes he won't leave England but Austin would and he would be better then Rhodes for Celtic.

I think all of us have accepted the fact hooper is off in the summer but if you had the choice who would you replace him with? Austin or Rhodes? Both prolific, similar styles and would cost roughly the same! Il be very disappointed if we don't if we don't make a move for one.
