Just read that the sfa changed its rules in June 2011 to include membership transfer to different holding company starting June 2012.

"To meet the terms of the Gold, Silver and Bronze criterion a club or any parent company of the club included in its reporting perimeter cannot have been subject to an Insolvency Event as defined in the Scottish FA’s Articles within the period between 1 June 2012 and the licensing decision in the calendar year 2013.
For the avoidance of doubt the same will apply if the concerned entity is no longer undergoing an Insolvency Event at the moment the licensing decision is taken or has transferred its membership to a new company as a result of insolvency proceedings within the above period.
A club may meet the terms of the Entry criterion should the club or any parent company of the club included in its reporting perimeter have been the subject to an Insolvency Event as defined in the Scottish FA’s Articles within the period between 1 June 2012 and the licensing decision in the calendar year 2013, provided that the club meets certain conditions as set out by the Licensing Committee, at its discretion, from time to time. "

So. Does this mean rangers II are actually the same club?! I'm not too great with legal terminology but know a few on here seem to have a few more brain cells than me.

Can someone please explain to this poor befuddled Tim, how a so called "debt free club" is STILL paying off debts. This week alone to Rapid, St Etienne and now Hearts. I know an EBT is not a debt, well not in Campbell's eyes anyway, but if the tribute act owed these clubs money was it not still a blooming debt.

PS as money is tight in the Timalloy household, and their seems to be a lot of interest in me, I am setting up a Franchise "Timalloy" business, if successful there will be a "WEE PAT" franchise and then "Green Jhedi" and "Mrs E" franchises as well.

ED007/Green Jhedi do you read Paul from CQN and his blogs. I loved his reply to "leg of lamb" and "gruff graham" both (among others) accused him of being a "Rangers hater" (again among other more rabid stuff)
He said if they could prove he was a "Rangers hater" he would buy them a cup of tea and a scone in St Patrick's church hall, Coatbridge. CLASS!
(because I happen to know their prices are very reasonable compared to high street) lol Timalloy

I am having a wry smile about it, but you know this caused problems in past.

hi guys,

got some family coming over from the US next month, here for the Aberdeen and Hibs games so would like to take them to one. Does anyone know when the earliest we can win the league working on the assumption we win all our remaining games and so do our nearest challenger?

Having a bit of fun with my ex bear pals. They were again going on about bigger attendances and their fans more loyal, "what other fans would turn out in big numbers to support a lower league team" er
Leeds, Sheffield Utd/Wed to name just 3.
So I came at them from another angle, If they are such a massive club how many of their players are wanted by bigger clubs? Silence!
I told them so far clubs have enquired about.
Forster, Izziguirre, Ambrose, Wanyama, Ledley, Kayal, McCourt, Hooper and even young Watt.
So our transfer policy must be working for NINE
