As a Rangers fan I was shocked at wee Feruz's comments. Started to think about Tommy Burns and what an insult it was to a truly great man's memory. Tommy I will never forget you or the way I saw you treat a bunch of young Rangers fans by embracing them and laughing and joking with them before an OF game. You are missed very much as Coisty said on a number of occasions. You spoke sense about the OF being a rivalry and good banter and how it should not be about hatred. I personally although disappointed that he left and had his head turned by agents had made my piece with it and had been following his career at chelsea, seen a few games on TV and he had done well. Just got told an interesting story from my girlfriend (yes timalloy she exists lol) about her work colleague.
He gleefully told her about how happy he his with his £800+ licence plates with RFC at the end have come through. And how happy he is to be showing his support.
Now this is why i love my girl. She asked "so i take it you are willing to put that amount into your club through the fighting fund?" he said "err no". So she told him " well your the sort of fan rangers need right now" to which he said , "oh thanks very much hen I appreciate that" pmsl!

I was surprised to see DO'D has been released by Leeds. After all he plays for the Republic and is going to the Euros this year. I would like to see him given a new contact, he was always a better player than Loovens and I think he is better than KW. Toshney looks like he may make the grade so bring them into the squad and release Dan and Glenda and sell KW. Of course bring in a proven CB with some quality and I dont think the defence will be far away. Lustig and Balckman have not showed as well as they might but Lustig just needs a little time to adjust to the team and the game in Scotland. Blackman is a decent player but he also needs game time and is not a hopeless case in footballing terms at least. CHa should probably go but again is a better player than many give credit for and keep MW. That boy is an unsung Celtic hero and it needs to be recognised. He is only 27 after all and when fit is also in the international squad. Izzy and Mathews must stay and here's hoping Izzy can get back into the groove sooner than later.Sopot Celt
