Listened to Andy Walker tonight on SSB and couldn't believe what he was talking about. He went on to suggest that TRFC should be promoted to the league above. When asked by the caller how they would fit into the league as there would be no room
Walker said that one of the other teams should be offered money to give up their place to accomodate TRFC. The whole show tonight was like a Party political broadcast for trfc. It was always quite biased but recently they have really went to town.

Surely dafty Longmuir at the SFL has shown a huge lack of judgement as a CEO with his nonsensical colts under developed proposition?
Whatever possessed him? It's like a father Ted farce.
I don't believe he even received Celtic sanction to promote a Celtic colts team, or celtic's interests. If not, he has to be the daftest CEO in Scotland surely? It's not often we see such open personal risk taking from a corporate board leader. Glad to see fellow CEO Chico Verde recognises and publicly praises such leadership. Pity nobody else in Scottish football has the vision to appreciate such leadership. The game's surely doomed.

Looking at the Rangers finances recently declared by Green and trying to suss where they're at (its what we do of an evening here in Hawaii);
Fessing up to spending £2.4m a month. So end March is £7.2m.
Now he stated a million a month loss, but that was for the period season ticket money paid the bills. So perhaps with little income per month post December, say £400k income per month, then its a £2m loss every month.?
Then there's about £2m paid on all those footballing debts. More money on business debts? And that infamous purchase of the car park for £2m together with the £? For the social club/ ticket office. It really does become very tight, certainly nothing much there for transfer fees nor fixing Ibroken. It's all a bit worrysome does anyone think their chairman Murray came looking for a tap of our CL money to help them out?
I remember the great furore when share money being spent on operating costs was mentioned. Does anyone believe that's actually happening and the big hands for grabbing are equally big at handing out?
I know its a complex financial assessment but comments welcome.

I really really think esmael Goncalves is a shout in the summer.
Reading that Rio ave will let him go for 500,000 which I think is a complete bargain.
Some people mite say he, s just been lucky but I don't think so, young, strong and 6ft 0 which completely fits our bill as we are excellent at developing players.
He destroyed our defence and seems the bit apart.
Id rather have the young man in instead of Miku and lassad as I really think he, s got fantastic potential and suits our league.
Reminds me of emenike at Spartak but I just hope he isn't one that slips past us.
What are you're guys thoughts?

Mark Guidi last night was pushing for The rangers to be admitted to the SPL as soon as possible. His initial thought was they should be in place for NEXT SEASON! So let's assume he got his wish. The rangers enter the SPL and struggle, eventually leading to relegation. Your plan would be what Mr Guidi? Just ignore it and shuffle the teams around who are in that area? Demand reconstruction? But it, sadly, gets better.

His co-pundit last night was Dalek Johnstone. His take on things was even more pro The rangers. Johnstone claimed that mccoist would not want to go to the SPL. The reason being they are not strong enough. Understandable I would think, as they do have to cope with a registration ban. So, simple answer. let's just play on, build the club up to strength, and arrive when they have earned it through promotion. Not so simple for Guidi and Johnstone.

These two clowns wanted the registration ban lifted in time for next season. Then tell rangers they would be admitted to the SPL one year early, completely forgetting the ban was dated to give them time to sign players anyway. In effect, here you go ally. heres cash, build your team up and we will see you next season in the SPL. This is so blatantly corrupt you wonder what is coming next. Guidi said, on a few occasions, they had ripped the rule book up last year and could do it again. They ripped the rules up to suit one club, can you guess who?. green jhedi

If The Rangers go bust again will they become The The Rangers and will they then hold the world record for the number of 'The's in a football clubs name?

I think we all know that green and his cronies in the media are trying to convince the world that we need the the rangers. Were led to beleive all the ills of scottish football would bé solved if they were in the spl. That the finances of the the other clubs would suddenly flourish. But one question remains unanswered if these fiscal geniuses are so good why did the previous incarnation get liquidated. Green is an old fashioned profiteer who wants aquick return. And that is best acheived if their in the spl. the fans of newco must bé very gullible if they can't see the next collapse coming very soon. It reminds me of the emperors new clothes.
