That's rangers just lost 2-1 to hibs today. Heard all the fans booing and talking about some sort of crises at the club with ex players/tv pundits / media calling for the manager to get the axe because he's prob going to win the league playing a new brand of attacking high pressure football. Also heard that it's because he will prob only win 1 of the 2 cups but has a good chance at both. And people are just getting sick of him signing young Scottish talent at peanuts when it's obvious the board are giving him millions to spend. Funny what one bad game or performance can do if you let them get into your heads .
In Ronnie we trust but get JC and JK out. Jackie might come as number 2 with Simon. Can't see y not if the money was right for him . After all they know half the team lol
I know u prob won't post ed.

What young Scottish players have been signed are you talking about celtic or sevco all there signings are loans and not Scottish and ours are varied.

"All their signings are loans"

Hibs had more loan signings on the pitch today at kick off. Only Dominic Ball in the rangers starting 11 was a loan player. The rest are Rangers players. Hibs had the goalkeeper and that boy Henderson on the pitch who are loan players. Fair enough both Hibs loan players will no doubt sign permanent as they are Scottish championship players at best but the point all of rangers signings aren't loans.

Once again my football bets are better than my horsy ones I was on Everton, Hibs and just waiting on Luton (2-0 up as I post this) for a nice wee treble.
Almost got my penalty also but only ref in scotland not with the SFA "give sevco a helping hand programme" lol
On a more serious note when ARE the SFA going to clamp down on all the bile these hordes keep singing every game the same battle hymns.

Another superstar on the field now! The one and only Islam feruz! 5 minutes at the end of a game in Scotlands 2nd tier! The late great TB would be so proud! Remember him feruz! Ya wee fanny! Good enough for him!

I'm a Celtic fan and I disagree. He owed it to Tommy Burns to try and make the best career he could for himself, not to stay at Celtic. He chose more money, playing with and against some of the best players in the world and Champions League football almost every season. I don't see what some people's problem is with that. The fact that he's made a complete arse of it is another matter but I certainly don't grudge him trying to make the best life he possibly could for his family who of course were refugees who had almost nothing to their name for a long, long time. Shame on him for putting his family's needs before yours as a Celtic fan.

Utter garbage Kev! I'm not talking about him making more money or his families needs! I'm talking about the way he totally disregarded everything the club and Tommy burns done for him! And when has he played with and against top class players in the EPL and CL league! Far as I'm aware he's been stuck in Chelsea's youth team getting farmed out and causing problems at every loan club he's been to! The boys a pr1ck and i for one will never forget the way he acted towards our club!

I think it was the way he done it, - you don't know exactly how much to believe but it's the way he made out Tommy Burns actually hadn't really helped with his situation at all. I know he was a kid but even his mother could have come out and thanked the club but said he wanted to move because it was too good an opportunity! We all know its a ruthless world but you can still show a bit of class and appreciate people looking out for. Also I think Lawwell made him the best offer any kid had received before and offered to buy him and his mother a house! Anyway he's another that has hit 18 and lost the plot, I'm sure he got pulled up in the Gorbals driving a Porsche with no licence the day after he joined Hibs! So let him get on with it!

I have no sympathy for him. He hasn't played consistently in a senior team, fought for and earned a place. He though he was the next top player. In my eyes the wee chap is a t*t and although I will never criticise a young person for making a mistake I will when it becomes clear his redeeming qualities bar youthful tallent are few. Clearly and sadly he has no sense of loyalty and humility in his character from what he has said to the press. The only way anyone gets away with being an @rse in football is if they are good and are consistently good at what they do. He was good but didn't improve. Now with everything thrown in and time away he isn't any better and still a t*t. Few years on and a bigger wage packet hasn't overshadowed the fact that moving down a division from where he started hasn't grounded him. Bubble burst, he still does not possess the talent that a manager would risk overlooking his petulant ego in risk of upsetting a squad of players who earn a jersey.

Cannot believe that sly are actually offering odds on a PENALTY in Sevco game 3/1 them to score a penalty is 8/1 Hibs are 11/1 to score
as I think it is almost compulsory for refs to award penalties in Sevco games GET ON.
Another decent price is Hibs 5/2 to win a draw is 13/5
Oh and just for SACKTHEBOARD a wee horse tip just for him running at Carlisle 3.10 MUSTMEETALADY.

Well, that's the 2nd and 3rd sorted out domestically. Now for Thursday. I used to go into European games excited to see who was going to be our star on the night. This week, I am hoping for the best, fearing the worst, and expecting the mediocre. Let's hope that we turn up for a change.

We obviously have to win, but we really have to send out a statement, we have been embarrassing in Europe since Lennons final season. It's getting to the point where we're an afterthought. If we beat Molde and Ajax a draw should be enough in Turkey! We badly need another top centre half in Jan, we have absolutely no cover, and every time I see Boyata I'm terrified - he makes simple mistakes every game, he hasn't played much football so might improve but should never be an automatic choice right now. Simunovic has impressed me more in the 2 games he's played! Rogic was excellent yesterday, but we need top performances in Europe because we all know winning in Scotland should be a given. Personally Thurs is big for Ronny psycologically also, when he came up against Henning Berg with Legia Warsaw we got a doing, against a Scandanavian team in Malmo we were found out, and then going back to Norway against Molde was a shambles. He was the highest rated coach in Norway, and even knocked back the Malmo job, so this all adds to the pressure. I hope we can go and give them a proper doing on Thurs!

How John Park could have recommended Danny Wilson as a signing for us in the summer is incredible - he looks like a pub player every time I see him! Come on you Hibees!

Agree0 Disagree0

01 Nov 2015 15:38:33
Was Danny Wilson recommended to us or was it MSSM stories that got legs and appeared to be the truth. I think if Celtic had any interest in Wilson we would have signed him, I think if Parks had recommended Wilson and unless Celtic had followed up with concrete interest, we would never have heard that Park had recommended Wilson anymore than all the other players he has recommended over the years .

Hi OldBhoy - John Collins and Ronny specifically said at a press conference that he had been recommended/scouted but they went for Boyata instead! Talk about the devil and the deep blue sea!

Much happier watching the team in the last 3 games and I put it down to Simunovic and Tierney at the back, I know Tierney never played midweek but this lad should be a regular in the side as long as he's available. Izzy and Ambrose in my opinion are a waste of a place on the bench. If Ronny plays Izzy on Thursday ahead of Tierney (which I fear he might) and puts Ambrose in if Simunovic doesn't make it then we're doomed. If the big Croat doesn't make it then Lustig should play in the middle with Janko on the right.

Believable5 Unbelievable2

01 Nov 2015 15:44:08
We have had very little experience of Lustiq playing in the middle and I fear it would be too big a gamble to take putting him in middle. Izzy has had some great games for Celtic over the years including this season . I like Tierney and expect him to have a great Celtic future but whoever Deila picks at left back on Thursday I will be happy
I hope Suminic and Boyata form the centre of defence for us .

02 Nov 2015 17:54:31
Given time I am quite confident Boyata will become a good centre half for Celtic, I expect him and Suminic to form a first class partnership next season at the latest .
