If any of you guys have a heart I'm sure you'll remember Saturdays opposition fans in your prayers tonight. Personally I'm off to ma bed after a busy weekend watching the world famous Glasgow Celtic pump the Huns by a record score followed by a trip to see Christy Moore in the Barrowlands. So I must apologise I won't be able to join you in night prayer. I'm struggling as it is to sleep due to pishing maself laughing! 😂👍☘️.

What i find weird is that on the Rangers rumours site they keep talking about Rangers getting 12 new players or £10mill in transfer funds. What planet are they on? They just can't accept the position they are in and understand that they may not even survive another year unless someone throws a load of money to pay back existing loans. They have 16 players on long term contracts that no one will buy and they won't move because no one else is going to pay them £7k a week so in the end they will run down their contracts and leave so the team is worthless. I honestly can't see where Rangers go from here. When only free contracts come in and the season ticket money drops by 20% that must be the end.

Don't forget the potential repair bills for their midden of a stadium! Where is that money going to come from?

{Ed007's Note - They should do what Celtic done and get the council and Scottish government to pay for it all, oh and the Commonwealth Games..... STATE AID!!!!!}

It keeps getting better every time and the joy and team - spirit shown by the whole squad at the end really reflects Brendan's influence, philosophy and foresight.
Celtic are in most definitely the ascendency and hopefully, we can eventually grasp the importance of building from strength and who knows what we could achieve?

I have just read an extract from an article in the Sunday Post, which read;

"Sinclair is one of the favourites to win the Player of the Year awards given the impact he has made since moving north of the border last summer.
What he did next, though, whirling away to celebrate in front of the Rangers support was no credit to him. "

It beggars belief how these "journalists" in the MSM are still in employment. So they are now blaming the victim for the incident, not the Neanderthal racist wearing blue and white. Shameful.

I know - that is unreal! He had his back to them as well! Celebrate scoring a goal and you are guilty of provoking racist abuse? Are these idiots for real? Why are they so utterly desperate to put everything Celtic down and try to make out the scumbags who invaded the pitch, sing their abhorrent songs and act in racist ways so acceptable? The journalists and editors who allow this to be printed should be up in court.
What was Sinclair meant to do? Score and then act like he's just been told his dog has got to be put down? Unbelievable.

Par for the course with that lot, shocking all the same. Lennie used to get it all the time.

Well done Scott Sinclair being named Celtic's POY and Players' Player. Just edges it for me. Had a few reservations about him but he put those to rest early doors and so much of our great attacking play has gone through him. Special mention to virtually the rest of the squad who have come on with varying degrees. I wouldn't have argued with several players getting picked.

The majority of them are dying inside at the thought of a truly dominant Celtic for the foreseeable future and maybe even another total collapse in govan and the birth of third club inside a decade assuming the same name, stadium and strip and attracting the same old bigots and bile.

Watched sportcene when I arrived home after work tonight. Just for the hell of it call it a mild indulgence :) . Apart from tomo and that wee naff with temples bulging I quite enjoy stewarts analysis. Hatchet jumped up pr! k in his playing days but I don't mind his scaling sevco reviews all the same.

I watched a rerun of the match yesterday and it never fails to amaze me how bad the punditry is in Scotland.
First of all Mcoist was droning on about the old Rangers and how badly treated they were, he seemed to be blaming everybody for their demise, everyone that is apart from the people who were running their club who cheated the whole of Scottish football and the British taxpayer.
They then went on to say that Scott Brown should never have had his red card overturned, this despite not even analysing the tackle.
The best of all though was Andy Walker and the Simunovic tackle on Miller. When the tackle was made Walker was adamant it was a free kick, when the replays were shown and you could see what a good tackle it was, he still maintained that it was a free kick despite the evidence in front of his eyes, then a minute later when he booked Windass, Walker then said that that was caused by not giving a free kick against Simunovic.
A good pundit would have seen what a good tackle it was by Simunovic, and pointed out that if Sevco's players had put in a few tackles like that themselves, then they might not have suffered such a humiliation as they endured.

I quite like Stewart as well. Nevin ain't a bad journo but his voice drives me to sleep and don't even get me started on Walker.

01 May 2017 10:55:29
Gerry - I quite agree. And why can't these "journalists" have the balls to ask Miller how he can justify complaining about Simo's tackle? They are pathetic and will do everything to make sure they don't upset the little tarts. I mean, moaning because he came in too hard - bloody hell!

Walker never fails, should be replaced by someone who knows something about what's going on in front of him.

Still watching our game. Walker saying after Windas foul on Scott, "surprised Windas never got a card there. " this is after he's defended Clint Hills barge on Lustig. remember who used to pay your wages ya wee arse.
