You have no name for a start (good chance of binned if not very interesting in general) or your post was inappropriate, repetitive, childish nonsense or just complete drivel. And the bad thing for you is mate, if it was early morning you posted it, it wouldn't have been me that deleted, it would have been one of the English Eds, no favouritism there is there..... so really, how sh1te was your post?????}

The right to a fair hearing is referred to in Article 6(1) of the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, which states, “In the determination of his civil rights and obligations, everyone is entitled to a fair and public hearing within a reasonable time by an independent and impartial tribunal established by law. ...”
That does not mean hand picked by a man who resigned from last job under a cloud accused of racketeering and corruption a fact which to this day he has never publicly denied
And as for impartial one of the panel had 70.000 reasons for not being impartial as his clubs annual accounts will undoubtedly show

I never like to hear of footballers being rereleased from clubs but I must admit I was glad to see that wee thug Ian Black didnt get a new contract at hearts. I always thought that he would end up at ibrox beacause he is the type of player that they would normally look to sign.

Believable5 Unbelievable0

Says he wants to move to england but who wants to employ him, could never see him leaving scotland because of his temperament

Agree1 Disagree0

Black has screwed the nut this season and been a much better player for it.He will get a new club in England no problem as he is a good player.

Agree0 Disagree1

As the previous poster said, Black is actually a fairly decent player but he's also a dirty git...like a poor man's Joey Barton.

I have posted this on the Rangers page and here

I am a Rangers fan from Blantyre,the same place Reamonn lived.I never knew him but since his death it has been a big part of our local community.Can I just say the Thai Tims are a credit to the memory of a young guy who was brutally murdered.Thankfully his death wa not football related and he helped these kids learn English by signing Celtic songs while doing his own charity work.I do think it is shocking that not one person has went on to the Celtic site and congratulated or thanked Ed007 for the work he has put into this whole thing.Without everything he has done and witjhout his help these kids might never have the got any publicity or the chance to visit Scotland.He has helped the charity since it started and campaigned on all these sites here and elsewhere for month after month and even had Liverpool and Man U fans donating money.Without Ed007 those guys would have never heard of these kids. Ed07 must live local to me after reading his stuff and although you guys might hate him for his football team at least give the guy some credit for doing this kind of thing for poor children.Poor show from timalloy and the Celtic fans who know what the ed has done btw

Honest Blantyre Rangers Fan
p.s. please post this ed and I hope it doesn't embarass Ed007 or blow his cover as an ed on here.I just think it shouldn't go unoticed {Ed007's Note - I am not 100% comfortable posting this, nothing to do with anonymity, more the embarrassment you mentioned. Thank you though.}

Believable5 Unbelievable0

Hear hear, lot of thanks to ed007 for any help for this cause, this is what our club was made for, in my opinion its more important than the football and we should never lose sight of that. {Ed007's Note - Thank you.}

Agree4 Disagree0

Ed,i never knew you were doing a lot for the Thai Tims.Apologies mate.I'm 100% behind you and Good Child Foundation.Keep up the good work and i hope these childrens lives will be all the better for it.God bless everyone involved here and in Thailand with this worthwhile cause.

Jungle Bhoy. {Ed007's Note - Thanks JB.}

Agree0 Disagree0

ED007, I hope you gave OP a nice wee "backhander in a plain envelope" ha ha, I think most of the regulars on here know all the good work you have done for these children, it is good people like yourself that make the world a better place, take a bow ED007 Timalloy
PS did I say it how you asked me ED007 LOL and keep up the good work... {Ed007's Note - That's why I wasn't comfortable printing it Tim, it's appreciated but not what I was looking for. Thanks mate.}

Good man ed ( he does ah lot of work for CHARITY) thanks nicey, ok smashey. now lets play "you aint seen nothin yet" {Ed007's Note - Cheers Pat.}

Just saw this on the Rangers page -

"I think it is way out of order that jack lemon has announced Celtic will get rid of six players and will bring in four new ones, is he trying to incite trouble, he know we can't do any transfers and he is just rubbing our nose in it. No class."

Good God, can Lenny do anything without getting criticised.

Believable5 Unbelievable0

I have replied to it and so will many true rfc fans, i will criticise something though i got hit on the shoulder by a 50p coin leaving old firm game, at least u could of rolled up a fiver cheap skates lol...

the rangers go bust. come back as a newco fresh history none of the old baggage ie not singing catholics for 120 years or whatever years it was.is this the chance to get the rotten element out of rangers do you think it will be the same old bigoted mob or a new club that can hold there head up high

Believable0 Unbelievable0

The same old bigoted mob will still be there, although there are also a lot of decent Rangers fans.

The difficulty is that the bigots need an identity, something to galvanize them, a place where they can meet, and meet with fellow minde bigots, it is a tribal thing and Rangers provides that.

K.

Agree0 Disagree0

ED007, guys have you read Alex Thomsons latest blog in which he states that either a newco or a CVA will incur a 3 year european ban, it looks like Doncaster is bending over backwards to get any Rangers (old/new) back in SPL..
but Lawwell and our board are not stupid, do you not think it can suit Celtic to allow them back in SPL but seriously weakened with euro bans, points deductions, monies deducted,SPL keep Sky happy with Celtic/rangers games and we all get our existing tv money. Celtic get at least 3 year head start over Rangers euro wise, if we do well in europe the monies we earn will see us become really dominant while they remain weak. If SPL is not as strong we can give younger players a chance while we keep first team for Champions League, concentrate our energies there and have a right good go. Timalloy

so,a question for celtic fans,if brother Walfrid set up celtic as a charity to help the poor,how much do they give them every year?or did he set up celtic for another reason?it's just banter toybhoys.waspy {Ed007's Note - Well seeing it's only banter I won't bother digging out figures, but to summarise for you, it was more than the price of a couple of tickets at Ibrox like Rangers gave to Help the Heroes. And we sold our ticket allocation for Ibrox twice this year, so we gave that money to the poor. I hope that covers it, seeing it is just banter :-)

Believable2 Unbelievable2

Great reply ed {Ed007's Note - Thanks. I actually forgot to mention the 'charity' match against AC Milan, imagine me missing banter on that scale, I must be losing my touch.}

Yeah good shout above Edster! Class, by the way did we get the money upfront for that lot at the weekend Ed? It's something I noticed wasn't talked about much in the press Shocker eh? {Ed007's Note - I am assuming normal payment practices would have been followed, or we would surely have heard.}

Morning ED007.Well what a let down that game was.Sitting looking at the value of the players on the pitch before the game i was really getting in to it.Honest,it was turgid with any football coming from city,and Nasri by far the best player.The biggest let down was the fans on both sides.I was expecting it to be non stop noise,the game never really got going so that didnt help,but us or rangers would blow them away on the fans front.Even when it was clear with minutes to go Utd had lost,the city fans just never went for it.The poznan? come up and see how it,s done guys!Even mrs J,who knows pretty much nothing about footie,thought it was crap!One depressing thing though,if only O'Neill had got Kompany when he fancied him! And what about this mate; Giggs and Scholes,truly magnificent players,but there time is up i think. A scary thought is guys i was talking to said Toure was poor! Jeeze,what a powerhouse that boy is. Nice stadium though,how they got it for nothing is beyond me.......green jhedi {Ed007's Note - The game was a complete damp squib mate. Although it is a derby the Utd v LFC matches are more along what we recognise as a derby rivalry (and Utd v Leeds can be rough going). As for the guy about Toure, that's a strange one indeed, in saying that, there is always someone who doesn't like a certain player no matter what.}

Believable2 Unbelievable2

ED007; i was listening to talksh*te and the England gonna win the euro's has started! The cant seem to grasp that at most of their clubs the best/most important player is foreign! That we plum durham! carrick,s world class,no he aint.great striker of a ball but thats it for me.Agree with you re; derby,s,seen LFC v everton(better) UTD v leeds(better) Spurs v arsenal(better)and millwall v wst ham(mental!) the manc thing lags well behind..........green jhedi {Ed007's Note - I must admit I am a fan of Carrick GJ. I was talking about him yesterday, every team needs a player like him to break up play etc, but I agree he isn't world class, a good player at doing his (dirty and unnoticed) job, a bit like Scott Brown.}

I have just watched the video of rangers fans destroying the toilets and singing sectarian bigoted and hate filled songs including a disgusting chants about tommy burns. While I am not in complete shock at their behaviour I can not believe that the police stood by as they called us sectarians slogans chanted about paramilitaries and destroyed property. Who do we as a group complain to about this. Please post this ed I am livid

Believable7 Unbelievable1

I was at the game, i never heard anything about tb there is a lot of respect for him within our supporters, toilets yip it was done by mindless t**ts, dont start taking the high ground though because both fans are as bad as each other check some of ur own vids before commenting or do u live in a fairytale land of ur own ...

Yeah I agree with OP. I realise this type of crap is going to go on between rival sets of fans up and down Britain but the way the police and security handled it was very disappointing no matter how you look at it.

On one hand one poor copper ain't going to step in and arrest someone for fear of getting a doing and basically starting a riot so it's understandable that little was done at the time.

On the other hand surely Strathclyde police should be taking responsibility for poor planning and deployment of its staff? Maybe instead of sticking half the police force next to the Green Brigade they should've been sent to the away section at half time where they'd actually have to do their jobs.

Instead of charging Rangers for the damage (who're just going to dodge the bill) how about charging it to the police who clearly in one way or another didn't do their job properly? The police are paid to stop property damage (and in Scottish football - punish unacceptable conduct at football matches) so where on Earth were they?

well done to man city tonight beating old prple nose , and for all you man utd special relaationship lovers remember this, where was busby when we won in lisbon? he was missing, where was shankley? right bye steins side.... JOCK YOUR IMMORATAL {Ed007's Note - Obviously you don't have a clue about CFC, Utd or LFC history. Matt Busby played for LFC, the three men had a great friendship and mutual respect for each other. Were you there to make sure Matt Busby (A very close personal friend who recommended Stein for the Utd job, twice) wasn't in Lisbon? I'm sure a man obsessed with winning it, and a campaigner of the tournament would have been there, maybe he just didn't have a soundbite to suit at the time and left Stein alone to enjoy his moment. Where was Richard Burton and Liz Taylor that night in Lisbon, were they with you? Or do you not like Man Utd because an ex bit part Rangers' player is their manager? Are you old enough to remember Lisbon? Give your head a wobble and get into the present sadsack. Jock Stein is AF's idol, he has never hidden the fact.}

And when Bobby Charlton got the Lifetime Achievement Award on Sports Personality of The Year, on Merseyside, he got a f'in rapturous reception that lasted about five minutes and reduced the man to tears.

If those three giants of the game were with us today football would be in a better state.You think these guys,staunch socialists to a man,would take any sh*t from some prancing over paid footie player?I remember seeing a fantastic clip of Busby talking about wages,and it was so humbling every player should watch it when they sign pro forms.Always remember where you come from,it's more important than where your going.............green jhedi

Aw i gotta answer this, you are sure busby was in lisbon because you THINK he would have been there, you INFER that my dislike for man utd stems from fergusons ties with rangers,not true, and you state stein was fergusons hero .. why ? because he says so ,, lots of facts there, maybe one of the reasons i dislike man u is there arrogance.. maybe another comes from being at a man u celtic game with the stretford end singing if you hate the fking celtic clap your hands , differances of opinion i thought were ok on this site but seems l if you disagree with your opinions insults are the norm!!!!!1

{Ed007's Note - and you state stein was fergusons hero .. why ? because he says so ,, lots of facts there,

How the hell can I argue with that?? AF must have been lying when he said it. If you hate Man Utd for singing that song I take it you have never had the pleasure of visiting Stamford Bridge as a CFC fan. You sound a bit delicate to be supporting football. After watching that rancid, repugnant excuse for human beings in toilets why did the police not deploy sufficient numbers instantly and make arrests.
Sheer wanton vandalism and sectarian chanting for at least 10 mins.
Good to see the new laws are working Mr Salmond.

Craig+Babybear it is the lack of Police activity that is under debate here , we expect this kind of behaviour from Rangers fans at Celtic Park (I'm sure some Celtic fans do likewise at Ibrox) , vandalism , wanton damage are worthy of arrests , and under the new laws so is bigoted sectarian singing .

Agree0 Disagree0

In response to my original post and to reply to the 2nd poster thats exactly my argument. why bring in these laws and have a police presence if it's just a waste of time. i know there is an element on both sides but as a celt i'm disgusetd by what I saw and heard and stick by my other comment about good riddance. Ed007, completly agree with your last rant about that vile video, how anybody can sing about cancer, its made me feel sick. Smithy {Ed007's Note - Thanks Smithy, it was my dad with me, I watched him fight for two very long years until he died a year past in February, the images never leave you and I won't patronise you by saying it will get better, only you will know if it ever does lad. Yiu keep your chin up and get on with those exams!!!! As an LFC fan you know about problem songs and chants aimed at your club (and from some of your fans to others to keep it fair) but there is a line of decency somewhere surely? I wasn't attacking just Rangers fans in it, it was aimed at anyone in general that can see fun in laughing and singing at it. My trust in humanity tells me there must be plenty of Rangers fans angry, even upset to see people representing their club and acting like that. People who slither down to such vile levels should consider a couple of old phrases 'You don't know what's in front of you' and 'What's for you will not go by (past) you.' God Bless you Smithy, take care.}

Believable3 Unbelievable0

Smithy...these lowlifes are not football fans. To even compare them to animals is to good for them. I haven't seen the video and know I couldn't stomach it.
