First time poster, enjoyed reading for years, feel it's time to post myself, what an unbelievable time to be a Celtic supporter, some of the most exciting players to of played for us for a while, always loved broony but he has been the absolute stand out for me this year, how he leaves some people on here unconvinced is beyond me. HH.

Fantastic performance tonight in what is traditionally our most difficult away game.
Going forward we definitely have a rare opportunity to get a real good team.
We totally dominate games now and have no real challenge.
To improve I think the left hand side is as good as it gets with Sinky and KT, but the right hand side is weak in my opinion as we must attack 3,4,5 times down the left compared to the right.
As much as I like Lustig I think a right sided player to the quality of Sinky and a more athletic right back and we would be some team.
To be greedy a new NO 10 to the quality of Rogic with better fitness and we would be where we would want to be.
Not winning CL yet lol but giving it a good fight and possibly Europa cup semis or final.
Crazy thing is it wudnt cost much I think similar value with right hand side would cost 6-7m, and a NO 10 would cost 4-5m so within our budget.
In BR we trust.

A bit harsh on Lustig, but he is a veteran in our flanks and I'd maybe like to see him moving into the centre of defence (where we have so many good options lol) . With Roberts and Forrest I think we're decent on the right, but without either it shows.

Agree with Cavalcanti. Although KT clearly has more of an engine than Lustig, the man in front makes a difference too.

Watched the game tonight I am struggling to pick my player of the season, there have been so many improvements this year, plus the addition of moussa and Sinclair have added real quality.
When teams defend in numbers, this year we have had the individual quality to unlock the door. Unlike last year we control the whole game and look much more solid at the back (ed. Craig Gordon doing the biz? )
Rather than the classic sucker punch goal we seem to dominate throughout and always seem to want more goalslong maybthis continue.
Can't wait for Rogic to get fit.

Totally agree, and with rogic we are even more of a threat in attack.

Great game, four quality goals (did Dembele mean to do that dink after the 'keeper fluffed? ) some of the interchanges and link up was fantastic. At the moment, Sinclair player of season for me, Dembele young player.

Hear's a thought. lot of talk down south about Wayne Rooney's future. won't go to China as he seems to be a local boy and let's be honest he doesn't need the cash.
Looks like he doesn't fit in with what's going on at Everton, may not fit their style. America is a possible but we are talking about a guy that is just 31 years old.
So where could he go. Germany, nah, Spain. unlikely. so where could he go where they speak english, he wouldn't be too far from home, could guarantee Champions league every year and play in front of 60 000 every second week. I wonder. If there is a manager in Scotland who might ba able to convince him it would be Brendan. He could play another 3 years up here and, in my opinion, would be a legend. and as he's made his money our top wage might be enough. any thoughts boys n girls.?

Great player but he has lost 2yds of pace not what BR wants for CL in this side. Who would he replace, we dontneedhim for domestic compition.

Think he is just what The Rangers are looking for, biggest mistake Ferguson made giving him that big money contract instead of letting him go to London,

Don't think Rooney could keep up with our pace . Classy player but just over the hill for us.

Said it on here before, Rooney is finished! When's the last time u seen Rooney have a good game for Man Utd? And this let's face it he doesn't need the money always gives me a giggle! All these players think about is more money, they can't get enough! So it's a no for me!

he wouldn't get in the team ahead of dembele so no for me!

Don't see Man U looking for a fee if he walks.
Zlatan is 38 and definitely lost a yard or two but he's doing fine as great players can adjust. If Rooney had runners going past him which he would he'd get 20 up here.
Mind recently we had MD and LG injured and were playing Sinclair thro the middle. he's played consistently in Premier league for 10 years, set records everywhere. pretty sure he could fit in up here.

never happen imo, when you get to his age your looking to get the best final contract, think he is on 250k a week, can you see him knocking 200k off it to play for us?, think he will end up in china .
