The rumours of McGeady coming back seem to be gathering pace. I think he would be a great signing. We could certainly be doing with another winger and at 29 he's now at his peak. He is certainly currently a better player than Forrest and GMS but his experience could be useful at helping to develop these players and other youngsters

Don't think it would be a good move and to be honest I can't see it happening. Still think GMS should be our no 1 wide man this season. A great talent and unlike McGready has his feet firmly on the ground.

It's got to be bullshit! He's not hard working enough for our system can't see RD wanting the fat sod at all! we are just a naming club as usual to get interest in him and he will always be linked with a move back every time he's available!

Do we need him with GMS? I'd even rather have a fit James Forrest. Or for the sake of the fee and wages the Iranian lad. McGeady has great feet but isn't productive enough.

Really can't see this Happnin mate.weve got GMS and Forrest for the wings and janko I think will further up to! This and the fact Mcgeady will be on a fortune! Just don't see it bud! And I'm not sure how I feel about it either! Think he's went back the way since he left us! Watched him in the scotland games and he wasn't in them! Talented player but can see him getting a lower EPL team or top championship.can u see this happnning ED?

Bit confused in regards to Vossen transfer. as from what I was aware of we had a bid accepted for just over £1 million and were waiting on the player. In the paper and tv today that Burnley have had a £3 million offer accepted!?!?

Surely one of these has to be false if we had offer accepted already why would Burnley bid more? They would just offer a better contract! Or is it we have not had offer accepted?

Just read on ssn that Wigan Athletic have agreed on a fee in excess of £1m with Dundee United for Nadir Ciftci , remains to be seen if Celtic will match or better it , I have to say I'm not bothered if we don't tbh .

If Utd don't want him to come to us then ciftci just has to bide his time and we will pick him up for 250K in Jan or for free next season. Hail Hail

cujimmy. It is short sightedness if true. If we bid the same as another club has had accepted, take the money to not risk the scenario you say. I can only imagine they think they'd be in a chance of the title unless he came to us!
