Well my nerves are well and truly back lol. Would love the luxury of a strong CF but still for me a centre half is priority.
Bad goal to loss tonight and hope we get an early goal in Finland.
Not a bad performance though from the Bhoys for their first competitive game, plenty possession and shots at goal. ~ Mrs E

Hello bhoys and ghirls,
hard game this evening lost a bad away goal second half but showed a lot of heart to come back!
difficult tie next week but we can score over there !
i am only going to say this one more time....we need a big strong target man for god sake the width we had tonight hooper would benefit from it aswell.
celtic played well tonight in the second half but we still need a cb and a cf a blind man could see it!!

Im a Rangers fan or whatever you guys now want to calll me, My best mate for over 25 years is a die hard Celtic fan, we go to games (not together like) but later we have a laugh and so on. some you win, lose ect. I very glad a Great club like Celtic won tonite and I'll be rooting for you bhoys to get to the next round.
sometime we dont agree and blah blah blah but, when we say Celtic need Rangers, Rangers also need Celtic.

Thats the worst mate. the bhoys played well against a team 20 games into their season. but for a wee bit o rustyness it woulda been 3 or 4. im stuck in iceland watching it streaming and guys like you, rather than enjoying the game and heading to the pub to talk up the team afterwards. are moping about picking holes.

tactics were spot on, we were going at them for almost 90 mins, our passing was decent and all we're missing is that extra half a yard.
yes, we were caught out a couple of times at the back, but if you play so high up the park that is bound to happen, and considering we were playing with 2 left backs and a midfielder in defence, and lost a goal due to an unfortunate ricochet, then i think we did pretty well considering.
i only hope you're not a season ticket holder, cause we dont want or need your negativity at paradise. you should be praising the team for getting a win in europe, in their first competitive match of the season

I keep hearing and reading " if we get passed Helsinki " If we don`t get passed this pub team Scottish football is in a worse state than I first thought. Their stadium can only hold around 10 K . That to me is as good a judge as any . It will be a disgrace if we fail here ! Heads should roll !

Just getting all the clan together to go to game tonight, 10 of us including my two nephews (with their father's permission) 3 of us have season tickets in different area but luckily managed to get us all in
same stand. Even Mrs T coming tonight she has all the sweets and juice. When the girls and I go, we usually get roll and chips at chippie in Gallowgate, but have to see if Mrs T will approve....

IMO it gives both Wanyama and Sammy freedom to move, and plenty of strength and experience in midfield, it may be a little defensive, but against a side 19 games into their season the first half hour is crucial. We don't want to wake up at half time realizing a game is being played.

My youth team has received free tickets for tonight's game through "The Kano Foundation" at Celtic park, other teams will also have been given tickets although a limit will be in place, do you think they've done it on poor sales for tonight's game? Or will paradise be bouncing again?
And also was goin to take the my 2 bhoys over to lennoxtown on fri morning before a tour of Celtic park, will they get to see much at Lennoxtown?

What a disgrace scottish footballing bodies are. They are scared to hammer the guilty, fplf, charlie green, rankers etc. instead they pamper to them. Anyone else would have been dealt with swiftly and severly. Now they give in to the rankers by allowing them to show their games live, letting them make signings. Ban them for good and set an example
