Was at the game tonight and the thing I found most disappointing was the performance from the majority of our fans.

Hardly anyone out with the green brigade sang and loads of greeting faced bastards constantly moaning at every slack pass.

The performance on the park wasn't far short of a disgrace RabMac. It works both ways, they need to give you something to sing about sometimes.

Lads I was also at the game tonite and agree the noise level was nowhere near the mancity game when we scored 3 mins into it. we feed off each other. when the bhoys r on song so r the fans. agree both were quite flat tonite.

Rab mac, If there's something worth singing about they will! I was there too last night and yes it wasn't the level of Man City but neither was the performance! The fans tried their best to get going but just couldn't, very much like the team!

Not happy with the performance tonight but not going to go over the top with criticism we where flat and didn't set up right but we will learn from it (hopefully) our 3 better players of the season so far sinclair dumbell and toure all haday there worse games for us. Craig Gordon was good maybe could have moved his feet faster for the first but was hit first time through Eric's legs so give him the benefit of the doubt.

Just in from game and whilst we were 2nd best for the majority (3/4) of the match, their goals were absolute gifts. We could, and should, have went in at half time one up.

That all said, I'm not too despondent because I find it hard to really care about the CL. Blasphemy to some but I know.

Truthfully, I'd much rather we won on Sunday.

Brown playing too deep and ball going backwards instead of down the wing, hence 2nd goal. Forrest has had his chance, not enough doubling back. Lessons learned, onward and upward, this should ensure a big performance next game. Bitton too negative and passes for most players tonight below par, which is down to having ball delivered with back to goal instead of from wongers😇 COYBIG.

Brown was playing so deep because of the power and pace and their ability to pass the ball into space behind us . They then had the speed to run on to the ball and cause us all sort of problems . Brown had to drop back to protect defence . When we did get the ball they were magnificent at closing us down and stopping the forward ball. I thought Brown was probably our best player, but there was one time he got the ball and he could have given out to either Sinclair or K T on the left but 3/ 4 of them hounded him across the park, he had no one to pass to and they eventually won the ball, such work - rate was incredible .

Disappointed with the result obviously and a fairly flat performance all over the park.

Can't take anything away from bmg as i thought that wad as good a performance I've seen from any European team at parkhead.
Done there homework on broony especially and our attack minded players.

Defensively tho were a long way away from cl football and again mistakes cost us.

Really poor tonight. Central defence still our major weakness. Crying out for a centre half with pace who can command the box. Think Tom Rogic is a passenger when the chips are down. Would rather see 2 up top.

I agree to a certain extent . But the fact we were 0 0 at half time was a testament to our centre halves . But let's not hide the fact we lost the match in midfield tonight . We never had a sustained time of possession . Surely we can't expect to defend for 90 mins .

Bit of a reality check for ourselves, we dust down and get the squad ready for Sunday. Feeling flat just now but we can cheer ourselves up this weekend.

Couldn't disagree more about rogic! Thought he was the only one out there trying to get his foot on the ball and make things happen! if anyone is a passenger in that team it's bitton! How that guy continues to get a game I will never know!

Too slow and too weak! Empty jersey every time he plays! Simply outclassed all over the pitch tonite and any hope of Europe after xmas has gone now! We'll be lucky to pick up another point in that group!

Desh I noticed u prefer 2 up front .
If we played with 1 up front last night and couldn't pass the ball up to him, could u explain with one player less in the build up, how often u think we could get the ball up to the strikers.

ED007 after hearing of the 5 year old boy who phoned Celtic to apologise for missing Saturday's game, I hope you have Brendan's number on speed dial if you cannot attend tonight lol
Also there seems to be lot of goodwill going about, did you see Borussia changed their name on twitter to "a German team" after Glasgow pub could not spell their name.
Talking of pubs I also heard that Sevco have changed their twitter name to "A PUB TEAM"
As you see I am in good spirits, just waiting on girls finishing their meal then heading off early to soak up the atmosphere COYBIG.

OH HAMPDEN IN THE SUN
CELTIC SEVEN RANGERS ONE

For the superstitious among you like myself 59 years ago today that was the score in the League Cup Final.
One of the first chants I learned in the 1960's was SEVEN, and all the walls were daubed with grafitti denoting the 7-1 thrashing.
lets hope it is a good omen for tonight CYBIG hail hail.

I don't buy that mumbo jumbo but, it's no more silly than my gut feeling we'll win and if it means we're going to win, that's as good a reason for me.

I think it will be a good game. They like the ball and are good at moving it but I think with the bit between our teeth we can get at them and it should make for a cracking duel. You're only as good as your next game, for some of their disappointing results they still play decent stuff and could find their feet against us, sure, but Christensen, Hazard and Raffael are big misses, we're at Celtic Park under the lights, and if WE perform, we can win this.

That's a bit more like it Timalloy! COYBIG.

If we push them the way we drove at City then a win is well on the cards. I would suggest Man City have not been the same since that game.

Agree with most, while a tough test as German teams r always good I can see us winning 3 1, an early goal n start at a high tempo is a must for me. Can't wait to be there 2night, n if the atmospheres anything like we made it against city itll be a great night, we need to push the team on n give them that backing that confidence that we can beat anyone on our day.
Hail hail.
