Very sad to see the pictures of Fernando Ricksen at Ibrox yesterday. A truly horrible illness and nothing but admiration for the way he's fought this whilst in the public eye. I'm sure I speak for the many of the Celtic family in offering our prayers in his continued fight. God bless him.

I donโ€™t care what team you support. To see Fernandez Rickson on the pitch at Ibrox crying, is such a heartbreaking picture. Horrible disease.

Dembele struggled to make any impact yesterday but with his talent it's only a matter of time before he hits a bit of consistent form-hat trick few days before and still coming back from injury. 30 mill been touted before as potential market value. I remember saying that and a 10-20% sell on fee would be good business but reading Sutton's piece about how we put VVD away on the cheap, perhaps we should be looking for upwards of 40? Whatever we get is basically 100% profit but maybe it's time for us to resist the "but he's playing in Scotland" talk. Will be interesting to see how he plays in the new year if we do get the Europa spot. A good showing could lead to a bidding war in July.

The thing with Dembele is, he can turn round and score a hatrick in 10 mins after being quiet in a game. definitely a big future in the game and big profit for us hopefully ๐Ÿ‘.

I always feel that heโ€™s guaranteed to show up in the high profile games but when it comes to an early kick off at Dingwall he can be hit or miss. Big game player without doubt which is why heโ€™s going to the top!

Ed007 do you think the quality of manager in spfl has started to creep up since Brendan rogers has came in.
In recent years there would have been no way teams like killie could have clout Clarke or Ross county coyle.
With lack of job opportunities for British managers in England and someone as big as Roger willing to come has it opened the door to Scottish clubs?

Believable2 Unbelievable0

{Ed007's Note - I've never really thought about it, Kev but having Rodgers here certainly raises the profile of the league. Maybe guys like Clarke and Coyle are pissed off with the way the English game is just now where it looks like managers are judged every 6 weeks and are constantly 1 or 2 defeats away from the sack.}

19 Nov 2017 12:42:12
Ye that's another spot on reason tae ed.
It was reading some of the names being linked with the mobs job that got me thinking about it. ( I know)
But guys like McLaren and that would never have came up here till recently but I think they would now.

19 Nov 2017 14:10:14
Good points but they were also out of work and are scottish.

19 Nov 2017 23:28:07
Good point I was wondering the same thing actually, with McInnes staying with the dons during the summer, rejecting Sunderland. Maybe it's because clubs here in general are better run these days and so a more attractive prospect.

Agree0 Disagree0

19 Nov 2017 05:58:50
That's why we are champions RossCounty were a tough nut to crack and the win had to be ground out . So a massive well done to the bhoys for getting 3 points sign of a great side.
