Watched Dons v ICT today. Dire stuff indeed. A trophy we should have been able to sleep walk to collect. I value every Celtic victory and feel we should have won a treble last year and be well on our way to one this year. Missed opportunities, a great chance to add to our fine tally, I will be equally frustrated and twiddling my thumbs in May. Surely next season. Our record of trebles over the decades is no where near where it could have been.

Totally agree but I wouldn't hold my breath about any trebles or even doubles next season . That was worse than a junior game today and made it worse that the eventual winners have beat us twice in the last month or so . DH

That is why a few of us have been really disillusioned with the manager and the direction the club are going.
We should have went from strength to strength in the past 3 years - especially after getting to the last 16 of the CL in 2012/13; but we have lost momentum, quality and trophies!
There is little excuse for the defeats to Morton and Aberdeen in both Cups at Celtic Park and we should have had many more trophies under Lennon.
Especially as he has had no serious rival to contend with - a luxury no other manager of Celtic has enjoyed.
Obviously The Board have had to cut their cloth accordingly, but they have shown complacency and taken the supporters for granted once again.
This seasons CL campaign was a real shocker (including some ropey displays in the qualifiers) and to have no European football after November plus winning only one out of three domestic prizes is disappointing and leaves a lot of us feeling frustrated.

With Commons demonstrating a timely reminder of how important he can be, though we could all give our votes on the SPFL Player and Young Player of the season, and Manager also, based on league only.

As indicated, my player of the season would be Commons. So influential for the champions elect and I've lost count of how many games he's either won us or got us going, either through goals, or clever, incisive link up play. Just a real shame he couldn't come near to replicating it in CL.

Young player, Ryan Gauld. Doesn't quite do what he can do on a consistent enough basis to get a move yet, but claerly the best young talent in the league.

Manager, Derek McInnes, turned that mob right around. Well done you.

I'll let myself out.

A wee q

If semi final happens to be a drawn, upsets do happen, does replay switch to grounds of dufc, if not does ticket allocation change from home team advantage to % allocation which I assumed should have been the case in a cup sf .

Who decides what a fair % allocation is.

Its hard to dismiss wild west saloon type dice loading when its jumping up from the table and hitting you between the eyes .

Believable0 Unbelievable0

The semi final is a neutral venue so assume any replay is at same venue. It was a foolish decision not a biased decision to have both semi finals at ibrox the obvious solution was 1 at ibrox and 1 at celtic park with final venue dependant on finalists. Don't you think 13000 tickets for a semi at lunchtime live on tv will be enough for dufc I would assume more tickets could be available if they sell them and a possible replay would attract less than 10000 dufc fans IMO

The semi final doesn't go to a replay the game is played to the finish 90 mins, extra time if drawn and then penalties if still drawn
