Just a quick non football related question ed, you allow any Tom dick and Harry to post on here as long as its not offensive to anybody which is fair enough. However state some facts over on the dark sides page and it never appears wondered if you could shed some light there?

Agree, i posted something yesterday and was bombarded with replys, i replied twice thereafter to defend myself(nothinf offesive) and it was not added. It made me look like i was taking all the abuse.

Totally agree had a post not posted last week that took me ages to type(not the best on a keyboard) nothing remotely offensive just the truth (in my eyes)as they say the truth hurts......Stevie

Guys, this has been happening for weeks now, myself, Jhedi, Miko, Timalloy just to name a few haven't had our comments posted.

i tried to defend myself on several occasions, at least two of them were personal insults, yet they were allowed and my non offensive, non derogatory replies were never shown

also when i've been asked to back up, or prove a point, again, it doesnt get posted, leaving me looking like i've done a runner, or can't back up my story

one thing i have noticed though, i always fill in the name and email fields when posting, as well as leaving my tag, and if i dont fill any of them in, my posts have been showing up

something not right going on here

I can't even remember why, but it wasn't major and I didn't block you or anything. We do sometimes get issues with posts going missing when the servers are being over stressed, it might mean we have to look to lessen the stress on the server that the Rangers site uses. It does sometimes happen during the transfer window that posts go missing due to the sheer volume of them overwhelming the servers, it is possible that could be happening now as the Rangers site is, as you can guess extremely busy. But most of the posts that get deleted, by me anyway, are either offensive or just repetitive.}

Thanks for that reply Ed, it's much appreciated, and at least sheds some light on to what may be happening on the rangers page.

please accept my apologies, as i have been quite critical of you lately, thinking it was you that were to blame. however, i do understand that you guys work hard on here...just a bit of frustration on my part

We normally go to cheaper servers to save costs outside the transfer window, normally it is not a problem. This Rangers admin situation has been so full of twists and turns that it is obviously pushing them past their limits. I will see what we can do, if there are any sites sharing the server moving them might solve the problem easily.}

ED007, I know you are well up on all the Rangers shenanigans, but what
do you make of Murray (D) yesterday and Ogilvie today with their statements why only admit to EBT's now? Can it possible be the truth is now starting to rear its ugly head towards these guys and their advisors (possibly even SFA) have told them to start "firefighting"

And what about Duff & Duffer (copyright acknowledged) failing to tell FSA about their role as administrators? Are they really that incompetent or are they playing dumb for a reason? Timalloy {Ed007's Note - DM and Ogilvie are trying to deflect the attention off of them. Is DM admitting he is that gullible that he was 'duped' by Whyte? You don't get to his level in business and personal wealth by not being aware of when someone is at it with you. Ogilvie is just making himself look foolish with every sentence he says.

The D&P situation also means that HMRC, or other interested parties, could question the way the club's affairs have been handled in the last month. It is only a legal technicality as far as it has been explained to me.}

Thanks ED007 for that, a wee observation from this sceptical Tim, do you think why Murray only spoke "off camera" to a "select few" and Ogilvie only releasing a written statement is because if they were filmed we would all see THEIR NOSES GROWING LONGER!

If you look at Ogilvie's statement he says that he didn't administer contracts from the mid 90's onwards.

However, he does not say whether he has knowledge of side letters and knowledge of these side letters being deliberately held from the SFA. Ogilvie needs to be directly asked these questions, but of course a fawning media will not do so.

Well,well,David Murray raises his head above the parapet aided by the tamest of the tame,Jim Traynor.As usual in a Traynor interview more questions than answers.Mike McGill,a Murray Group stalwart,claims Hugh Adam( the ebt whistleblower)left Rangers in late 2000,could not have known anything regarding EBT's as they never came into use until 2001.McGill then claims in the next paragraph that EBT's were used for three players in 1999,totally contradicting himself.This represents the small tax case which they accepted was at fault in 2011,and agreed to pay the bill of 2.8m.McGill then goes on to claim that the EBT's on a larger basis were started in 2001,with payments made to an offshore account,but are not part of any contractual agreement with the players.This,claims McGill, is the key to rangers defence.Murray then claims that he has looked through every year of his tenure to check on dual contracts, and states there were none.Categorically.McGill then comes back on the quote train stating,through ten years AGM's the accounts were signed off by Grant Thornton,and the EBT's were never hidden.But why would they be? they are not illegal. For me the key questions are; 1# can you prove this scheme is not part of the wages agreement. 2# If ,as McGill claimed,they were using EBT's in 1999 and thought they were clean,surely the scheme started in 2001 would be the same contractual details as they did not have any problems until 2011(in which they accepted full liabilities). Lots of overlapping dates,mixed quotes,and rhetoric. fellow friends in the hoops,enough is enough. i feel we are all losing track of what lenny and our team are about to achieve.lets put this rangers thing to bed,let them get on with it and lets get behind our bhoys for a final push to what could be an incredible couple of months for our team.its not about them,its about neil lennon lifting the trophys and that would give me more satisfaction than any tax case, which if im honest is starting to get really boring.lets win the lot.

Ed Is there any truth that HMRC could be after us for the way image rights were paid?
I see they have caught up with Man Utd and Chelsea and the rumour was we could be in trouble from the days of Larsson,Sutton,Lennon,Hartson etc. But more so with the players we signed from the far east like Du wei,Nakamura and Ki.

Impossible to say with HMRC whether or not they will go after Celtic, they are going after those that used some schemes while they were allowed because they have changed the rules since. They operate by their own set of rules at times, no one else could go after you for a payment that you didn't have to make at the time but would do now! But that has been one of the things HMRC have been doing lately. Next we will have Amazon asking us to pay them more money because the price of something you bought last year has gone up since and they want the difference!}
