First according to another site the findings of the FTT will be made public on Monday, they claim source within HMRC confirmed this.
Second our Chuckie Green is hoping to get money from bears a week before Christmas. Looks like Santa may not be visiting weans in bearland if this is true....what a panto this would make.. Timalloy

Lord Nimmo-Smith's investigation with title stripping and declaring newco a new club with no history has been put back as green has threatened SPL SFA that it will ruin his share prospectus lies and hence revenue to Rangers.
Has Green threatened to walk and fold the club? Thus SPL/SFA buckling.
If one QC is not available you get another in there pretty damn quick or someone is totally incompetent.

smith is there to make sure that the newco do not go out of the last remaining cup and last revenue stream should they get an away draw in the next round (unlikely) due to the piemans poor record

Their greatest win was snatching a 1-0 against Forres Mechanics.

Dave king and David Murray conspired to liquidate Rangers. Murray to get rid of bank debt and EBT HMRC taxes. King to stop the South African government owning 5.3% of the club through seizure of his Melika business Assets.
Rangers plc, a company liquidated owing £160m. No accounts for 3 years. Offshore tax evasion. Unbelievable bank debt. Unbelievable director salaries and benefits. No one made redundant. Coaching staff all there. Assets saved from creditors. Money syphoned out to save from creditors. Using same logos, company/ club name, strips, brand, identity.....
Total con job. Ffs wake up.......
Each of them all threatening to sue each other just smoke and mirrors. No legal cases happen. In it together, deliberately liquidated rangers, a CVA would have been disastrous for them.

Believable13 Unbelievable4

A successful CVA would have meant Green only had Whytes 80% of the club. The other 20% would have still been owned by others.
The debenture holders would have still owned their seats,..... All contracts and agreements still standing.....
It had to be liquidation.

When CG bought the Rankers assets for £5.5m was the vat 20% paid on that? (£1.1m) Or was that a tax scam in itself?
Surely it's an illegal transaction without the vat being paid?

Where's this great Sevco support? I asked the question, who's pledged to the share issue? What response did I get?

Nada, niente, zilch........oh, my apologies, I got 5 disagrees.

Is this because a share issue has been released and you have no idea how the funds are to be administered? True, the prospectus has yet to be released, however Mr Green has asked for you all to pledge, without even a hint as to what your hard earned cash will do for your beloved club.

He's also stated that he will not be allowing the club to join the SPL whilst he's at the helm - what does he mean by that? Very odd!?!?

There's a catalogue of this man's ramblings which just do not add up, which I'm not going to elaborate on because I'm sure you're all aware of his inane caveats!

Minimum investment is 500 shares at an estimated £1-£1.50 per share, a lot of money by anyone's standards!

So, I'll ask the question again, who's pledged, officially or unofficially?

Come on, let's be havin ye!! lol

The problem is moves are being made to get The Rangers back into a top flight club asap! Excuses are already being dreamed up. The Rangers WILL be allowed back, debt free! When this happens you would be aswell just closing the door on Scottish football.
