As a season ticket holder and lifelong Celtic fan , i am glad Celtic have decided not to appeal against the uefa fine , as it is a 1st offence we have got off quite lightly , but the good name of the club has been tarnished by the singing of these songs , these songs are driving families (who are our future fans) away , i have recently become a grandparent , i dont want my grandson to be subjected to songs that the majority of fans don't want to hear at a football match , we have players of many nationalities , religious beliefs and lifestyles , no one is saying we should not be proud of our traditions ,but sing Celtic songs , there are plenty of them .

Finally a fan who gets it we are not a political organisation or a cause. WE ARE NON DENOMINATIONAL , NON SECTARIAN , NON RACIST - what we are is a club who accepts everyone and anyone regardless of race, colour or creed. If that is not what you feel in your heart maybe Celtic is not the club for you.

I wouldnt say a lot of shame but they've certainly had their moments. The poppy incident was an absolute disgrace! The worst thing about the GB is that they think they are spokesmen for all Celtic fans when that is far from being the case. But overall I would say the GB have brought more good than bad to our club.

Just to let you all know. If we were not in Europa league we would have been live on Saturday morning. Because we are playing Sunday this week , it clashes with a triple game Super Sunday and ESPN have the world club championship live. Just no room for us im afraid. Think it might suit us anyway. Teams like St Johnstone raise their game when live on tv. Now thats its not it might be a slightly easier task for us now

As i'm on my lunch hour - Pretty much agree with you BB1 but you never said who would manage the team ? Kayal instead of Brown & none of our CB's (lol). Wylde & Forrest on the wings at the last Scotland U21 game were superb - Mrs E

Wylde is really inconsistent and he really needs to improve his crossing but looks like he will be a good players in years to come. McCoist with Lennon as assistant lol of course you will disagree but Mrs E :) .

Well McCoist is older & more experienced having spent 6 yrs or so under WS..

I'm not sure about the Manager, will be interesting to see how Ally gets on in the next few months. He might have to play Wylde more as we have had to do with Forrest. I would have Naismith though - Mrs E

I quite like the idea ED of Johnston as manager lol It will be very interesting Mrs E to see how McCoist does over the next 6-8 weeks because the festive period is so crucial for both sides a lot of big matches. Be interesting to see who is top come February. I think Wylde will be our left midfielder most games with Naisy being injured, he has tremendous pace just needs to work on a few things in his game but he is still really young. Him, and Forrest are great prospects for the Scottish national team.
